We’re so glad you’re here!

We are a family-owned restaurant, specializing in authentic artisanal Neapolitan pizzas, made with love.

At Sabrina’s, we use the highest quality ingredients, from imported Italian flour to San Marzano tomatoes and fresh fior di latte mozzarella.

We take pride in our passion for creating world-class pizza dough, with a perfectly puffy, flavorful, charred crust, made in our traditional Italian pizza oven.

In addition to pizza, we offer delicious pastas, fresh salads and appetizers, dessert and a selection of beer and wine.

We’re located in Glendale in the lovely Montrose Village neighborhood, on Honolulu Ave, a charming tree-lined street filled with shops, cafes, and local bookstores.

We are dedicated to being a place where families and friends can gather together, enjoy a great meal and be together as a community.

Pizza and pastas are so yummy, love their beautiful pizza oven! The staff are friendly and helpful as they navigate their popularity and working out the hurdles of a new business. Make a reservation, they are busy!

First time there. Food was pretty good (had a margherita pizza and chicken penne pasta). It was a little noisier and more casual than I expected. But a solid B+ altogether.

Was excited to try Sabrina’s. From the warm greeting to the delicious fresh focaccia we were happy from the start. We decided to have a pizza and a pasta, although don’t know the names of the dishes but Wow!! Both were delicious! We are definitely going to be coming back.

Really wanted to love this new neighborhood place. Bibb lettuce salad had almost no dressing. Veggie pizza was very good. Service was lacking but obviously due to lack of wait staff. This place has approx 15 tables with ONE server who also worked the bar. Didn’t see owner at all, should have been helping out.

My friend ordered the margarita pizza -the sauce was wonderful but the crust was soggy. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and it was tasty, but the portion size was a bit small for my liking. We were seated less than 2 feet from the front door and between people/waiters/busboys passing by literally brushing against us and the constant flow of people opening the front door (along with the cold air blowing in) our dining experience was EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. If you want to enjoy a romantic dinner for 2 this is not the place. The owners are very sweet and I hope they do well.

Food was great. I highly recommend ordering a focaccia if you order the Burrata and prosciutto. It doesn’t come with toasted bread and it paired so nicely together. Wish we did that when we ordered it. Pasta and pizza were delicious. We ordered the vodka pasta, Margherita pizza, and chicken Milanese. Wine paired nicely with the meal. Tiramisu is perfectly done and a great finish to the meal. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Great addition to the neighborhood! Delicious pizza and friendly service! We went for lunch and had salad and pizza, but we’re looking forward to going for dinner and trying some of their pastas which all sounded yummy. I hope they eventually sell liquor and add some craft cocktails to the menu!
