   We had great anticipation to try Sabrina’s. We will not be rushing back anytime soon. Food was not special. Way better pizza locations that I would rather drive the distance for like Pizzana or Mozza. We waited a really long time for food to be served after we order it. Our appetizer was uneatable, we ordered the bruschetta. Bread was so hard we ate the tomato’s on the side only. We got the carbonara pasta was not creamy and only tasted of burned bacon very disappointed. The pizza was good, but nothing special dough was very soft. To top off our meal we got ice cream. It was incredibly hard. Like old ice cream you forgot you had in the freezer. We live 5 minutes away and will be in no rush to come back. Maybe we caught Sabrina on a bad night. But I wouldn’t be coming back here anytime soon.

   Food and service were fantastic. We were eager to try this local spot near our house and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in to the time our food hit the table, we were happy to be there and enjoying the hustling ambiance. Food was fantastic! Our waiter was so kind and helpful. We stayed for dessert and were glad we did. Can't wait to go back!

   Sabrina‘s is new and welcome addition to Montrose. Reservations are a must as this is a fairly small restaurant and has quickly become very popular. And with good reason: the food was very good. The pizza was outstanding, a great crust. My pasta was good, but I can’t say it was great. We shared a fantastic Caesar salad. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back.

   Pizza dough was good and a bit hard to understand between ordering due to noise level.

   Tried the pizza and the pasta carbonara. Both were really good! We will make Sabrina's a regular stop for sure.

   Pizza and pastas are so yummy, love their beautiful pizza oven! The staff are friendly and helpful as they navigate their popularity and working out the hurdles of a new business. Make a reservation, they are busy!

   First time there. Food was pretty good (had a margherita pizza and chicken penne pasta). It was a little noisier and more casual than I expected. But a solid B+ altogether.

    If you love small neighborhood restaurants, Sebrina's checks the box. The welcome is warm and hospitable. Call for a reservation. They are very busy. The Pizza is artfully done and presented on a handmade and custom created crust with flour imported from Italy. The sauce is subtle and layered in its flavor. The Bibb salad is very good, and the dressing is well balanced, again with excellent ingredients. Wine and beer are available. The price here is reasonable given the upscale quality and service. Overall and a very good dining experience
