Amazing food in a fun and romantic atmosphere! The service was great and the food was exceptional! It’s a great place to celebrated a birthday or anniversary, or just for a date night!

Food was excellent but portions are small and overpriced. I would suggest either lowering prices or provide a greater portion on food. Normally don’t mind electronica music but during Christmas maybe they could change up for the holidays. In fact restaurant was sparsely decorated for the holidays...

We had dinner at Sabore for graduation night, and it was simply outstanding. We have been to Sabore many times before and always enjoyed it, but somehow, it was at another level this weekend. The restaurant was crowded with many large parties celebrating graduation, so I expected service to be slow. But, to my delight, all was incredibly smooth and our server (CiCi) was quite attentive. But, the star of the show was the food. All seven in our party had wonderful meals. I had the filet oscar, and it was excellent, including the best bearnaise sauce I have ever tasted. We capped things off with the Smores Experience, which might be the most creative thing I have ever seen in a restaurant. I highly recommend it. My hat is off to Chef Valero and his crew for a wonderful evening.

I moved to Gainesville in April and I’m trying to hit all the local spots and this is by far the best-tasting food so far! The chef is a miracle-worker. Some of it is a bit over-priced but the taste really makes up for it. I’ll definitely return!

The only odd thing was there was no high chair for my toddler. Otherwise, the food and restaurant was fine. The food was quite good. Will probably go back.

Very disappointed in our experience there. Very overpriced. Small servings for huge prices. One entree was not editable, but staff did not offer a replacement. Would to recommend to anyone. Had to go to another restaurant afterwards to have dinner after ordering tapas, salad, and entree at Sabore.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the dining environment was perfect, with subdued lighting, and soft conversations, luxurious booth. The food was as beautiful as the photos in the menu depict: each entree is a work of art. Each dish was perfectly plated. Starting with the 5 worldly cheeses charcuterie, (I loved the soft blue.) the dining experience was exceptional. Lots of clever, delicious ideas, beet (not beef) carpaccio with large caper berries. Each bite was a delicate adventure for the palate.
Finally, the Nitro S’mores Experience, prepared table side by the chef,
was the highlight of the gastronomic experience. The presentation was beautiful, and definitely a “remember-for-the-rest-of-your-life experience”.

Poor service, pricey but lousy entrees. Waited for our cocktails for 15 minutes had to catch our waitress to get her to bring them. Wife ordered the lobster ravioli. There were exactly 7 so $5 a piece. Not much if any lobster.
I ordered the duck. The breast was so tough that I left half on my plate.
Waitress never stopped to enquire about our entree. Just showed up to see if we wanted dessert. Not a single question if we would like coffee.
The only good thing at our anniversary dinner was the calamari.
A very unsatisfactory evening for $110.

I was promised 1,000 points through Open Table and only received 100 points. When I called the restaurant to explain, they told me the manager had to call me back. The manager never called back.

Saboree has a wonderful feel. It's in a delightful location. Our waiter was knowledgable and solicitous of our needs. The chicken and lobster was a bit less tasty than it sounded, but the caesar salad was outstanding. Beet appetizer was especially good and was impressive in its presentation. All in all, a good experience.

There are some minor details, that they need to fix, for example they charge 2$ for extra bread when you are consuming 200$ on your table, it is a very bad marketing estrategy, it wont hurt to give an extra piece of bread, when you have a tables expending a good ticket. They have a good chart of wines, but we choose one and when the wine came to the table was a different it would be better to let you know before bring it to the table, is no a big deal they should fix it because is a very nice restaurant

We had flank steak and lobster ravioli. Flank steak was the best. Carolina Rice Grits were the best of the sides. The atmosphere and service were A+. The food was good, but a bit pricey to be good vs. amazing. The old tapas menu was more appealing to me. The drink menu was really good. Hard to choose... A friend in our group doesn't eat seafood or beef. The only chicken dish had a seafood sauce and the only other poultry dish was duck. She ended up with a salad as her entree. I would definitely go back- I wanted to try a couple of other entrees. I love the iPad menu where you can see the dish in a photo before you order.

I was there with three of my friends for a birthday get together. The service stuff were friendly and helpful. All of our dishes were delicious: Tuna Toston, (tender) Thai Fried Calamari, Red Curry Mahi-Mahi-Mahi, Scallops a la Catlana and Duck Breast (a little tough). We didn't have a room for desserts, but they looked good. I would recommend this restaurant for a special dinner out or nice get together with friends.

Service was poor, took a very long time for drinks and food. Waitress was rarely seen, had to ask another waitress to find her so we could order another drink. Wouldn't recommend the food as it was average. Lobster ravioli was a weird combination of flavors when the lemon foam.

We loved our experience. When they did not have the root beer for my favorite drink Ashley found a liquer to float on top and it made my drink delicious. The drinks and food were served in a timely manner and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The Nitro Experience dessert with the liquid nitrogen made the chocolate samores very special. It was fun blowing smoke from our mouth and nose. Thank you Ashley for taking pictures for us!

We have been here multiple times with only one mediocre food experience and only one mediocre service experience, service being the most recent poor experience.Their bartenders are some of the best, with specialty and classic cocktails close to perfection. Some main courses are short on quantity, but by the time you get through some of the fantastic appetizers, you may wish you had not ordered more food. Service was not bad, per de but sitting for ten minutes before food order is taken and at least that to get tab after all utensils are appropriately placed on your plates is too long. First and last occurrences are after all the most remembered.

Excellent food. We had the steak tartar that came with a mustard ice cream, great idea, really taste. My wife had the Duck 3 ways and it was very creative.
The option to have the menu as tapas or a regular meal was pretty good
