   Although the hours are listed until 11pm on Saturday, we arrived at 9:45pm for our reservation and they told us the kitchen was closed and turned us away. The sign on the door also said 11pm. Will not be attempting to eat here again.

   I was really expecting more from the restaurant, and I will not be going back. The food was okay but the service was horrible there was only one guy serving the tables. We didn't even got some bread to wait, and the empanadas we got were not tasty. When we got our food, our chicken was uncooked. We asked for a small dessert to celebrate a birthday, we got some hard pie after 30 minutes we asked for it, not surprise since there was only one guy serving and asking for the orders. Will not be going back

   Made reservation for table of 6, our waitress was very welcoming and friendly. She took care of us until...we were waiting for our dessert/coffee another waitress(blonde hair) asked us if we wouldn't mind giving up one of our (2 person)table for another party. We didn't want to ruin our lunch and asked NOT to bring the coffee and gives us the bill. As we were uncomfortable trying to eat our dessert, they never consider we were still waiting for extra order we placed to go. Maybe next time the manager or the waitress who thought of taking a table from one party to another should consider some customer service training.

   I have been here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. Very fresh and tasty food, not too expensive. We last went on Cinco de Mayo, and they seemed a bit understaffed for that evening (was more crowded than usual), but is my only criticism. Really good food and nice atmosphere!

   Always good food and service at Sabor Guarani. We did miss the harp player! Will be back!
