Excellent service and good food at a reasonable price. The guacamole was fresh and the lobster mac and cheese was amazing. Our party of six ordered different things and every cleaned their plate. The beignets to finish were perfect. Definitely will be back!

I really avoid buffet brunches, and have to say this one changed my mind. I really like the selection, the presentation, the individual serving dishes and the variety of foods offered. Food and service were excellent.

Tacos we’re supposed to come with rice, but it wasn’t on the plate so we had to ask and they told us the rice didn’t turn out well so there wasn’t any. Then we had to ask what we could have instead. Service was not good-we had to flag another waiter down to get water.

First time here, will definitely be back. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the old fashioned cocktail was perfect. By the glass champagne/wine selection is not great, but a lot of choices for bottles.

At the restaurant, the service was notably subpar. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, displaying a lack of concern for the customers' needs. Our orders took an excessively long time to arrive, and when they did, they were either incorrect or poorly prepared. The servers rarely checked on us, leaving us feeling neglected throughout the entire meal. Despite our attempts to voice our dissatisfaction, the staff did not take appropriate action to address our concerns. Overall, the poor service left a negative impression and diminished the brunch experience.

I ordered salmon and the server asked how I wanted it cooked. I asked for well done. It came out rare. The server took a long time to bring out drinks and we tried getting our bill for about 15 minutes. She was polite but the service was slow.

Arrived about 7 minutes before our reservation. However it seemed like no reservations were being honored. We waited about 15 minutes for a table. They were busy. No explanation of the menu/offerings were given. It was a buffet, which we expected. However it can be nice to know the price before being billed. I would say the options were plentiful. Seafood, meats, breakfasts and desserts. Some items were unavailable. When new “previously unavailable items” were reintroduced, they weren’t served at an appropriate temperature. Seemed like a management presence was lacking. Families left full and satisfied. For the value, probably wouldn’t return. Beautiful hotel. Average restaurant and service

Father’s Day is understandably a busy brunch day. However, having arrived 5 minutes prior to our reservation time, we were seated 45 minutes after. This happened to a number of customers during this time period. The hosts were adding people to the list who did not have reservations, thereby, rendering reservations fairly worthless. Once seated, the food was delicious and there was a wide selection.

Attended an event at The Plaza and was surprised to find this gem in downtown El Paso. The ambiance is both colorful and comfortable as well as the seating area. Steak and chicken were cooked to perfection. Tried beignets for dessert; delicious. Definitely going back. You also get a coupon for 50%off hotel parking.

Moderate noise level was due to outside dining. Not a problem. The tortilla soup was fantastic. The setting was fantastic. The staff didn't try to move us along, allowing for plenty of time for conversation.

We arrived at 8:30 to an almost restaurant where the host acknowledged that it was empty but stated to comeback after 9:15pm to clear their orders. We came back and she did re-greet us she just sat us. The shrimp was pretty bland, Brussels sprouts were okay the best thing was the roasted jalapeños. It seems the local food may be better, we wouldn’t return. Service was great from the waiter.

I'm sorry to say this was one of the worst dinning experiences of my life. We went with friends on Friday night and just my teen agers and I Saturday night. Both times the food took forever and when it did arrive it was cold. The servers were hard to locate and only came to us when we waved to them. This was so disappointing because there were way more staff than customers and plenty of open tables so it looked both times like we were going to have great service and the atmosphere is beautiful. Another unpleasant part was the greeting when we arrived. And since it happened both times it's obvious that's how they do it. We would stand at the host stand and even though you could see plenty of employees notice you they would eventually come over and just stand at their host stand to see what you would say. We explained we had a reservation, and they would take a few minutes to find it, and slowly but surely eventually say "okay, please be seated for a few minutes while we set up your table". Ummmmm, isn't the purpose of a reservation at a nice restaurant to be ready for us and if you are going to go "set up" a table for us shouldn't it be ready when we get to it but no, both nights our food would arrive and we had to ask for napkins and silverware and by the time they would leisurely bring it to us our cool food was cold. The food was plated beautifully and the quality seems top notch. But the staff who all stood around and chatted was as bad as it gets. On our Saturday night meal there were 2 bartenders and not a single person at the bar and pry 6 servers and hosts and maybe 10 tables with customers. My other complaint is the margaritas were weak and sickening sweet. Not a high quality fresh as this type of place should have.

Last year was exceptional. We came again for Christmas and looked forward to our return. We were disappointed to see the quality has changed. There must have been a change of chefs as sadly our expectations were not met. The appetizers were great. The ceviche was really flavorful and fresh. The mains were disappointing. Their take on tortilla soup was creative and the pour over excited the senses, however it was incredibly thick (like a gravy) with a bland flavor. We both left quite a bit in our bowls as it was on the verge of inedible due to the consistency. The chef deserves the feedback as it was just tortillas in a small amount of gravy.

The food was delicious. The live performer was great. The waitress was slow and rarely checked on the table. She did not live up to the automatic 20% gratuity that is added for the Sunday brunch. The cooks and food service staff however, were great.

The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The wait staff/cook/servers all have a smile on there face and happy to help. The food is fresh and delicious, I tried a little of everything and it was so amazing. They do not rush you out of there. They have a gentleman, George singing during the brunch experience, who is amazing as well. We stayed for several hours and they treated us like family. It is such a wonderful expirence. We will be back again and again

Unfortunately, having a reservation doesn’t mean anything anymore. Even with a reservation, initially I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes which turned into 30. Once the 30 minutes passed, a manager came out and apologized that it would take another 45 minutes. That is uncalled for, and very unprofessional. The manager did offer her apologies and continued to apologize offering an excuse for some issue with the kitchen staff. She did mention making another reservation but in hopes of avoiding another incident, I refused.
