Espectacular experience, excellent service and the food is heaven!!! All dishes we tried were amazing but the Wellington Burger is a culinary experience like no other, a must try. Our server Jose and the host Natalia were superb, made our dining experience very special. Will come back very soon!!!

A lovely place in a great location. The decor is attractive with a French twist. When you are inside you can transport yourself anywhere. It has nothing to do with the Loiza street style making it unique and appealing to the eye. The place is small and cozy. The service was good as well as the food. It has a short menu nevertheless with options for every taste, always with its French flare. The ribeye was perfectly cooked to order. The duck breast was savory and done just right alongside a silky and delicious celeriac puree. The wine list is short moreover, well sorted. The bar is glamorous, perfect for a solo meal as well for couples. We love Sablée, making it our romantic date night dinner little gem.

Food was fantastic. Service was great, although on the slow side (which is not bad if you’re not in a hurry). Background music was a little loud and too energetic for the setting…but none of the negatives would keep me from going back many times.
