Wonderful service, excellent food but the outdoor seating was very cold, and although I reserved a table we weren’t given a choice. Serving staff just don’t notice the temperature because they are super busy rushing around but sitting in the cold means you don’t stay for coffee and dessert!!

Despite the parking struggle and being late for our reservation, the staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating. The food was delicious, service was excellent, and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend!

Dinner at Sabine was fantastic! This might be my new favorite restaurant in Seattle. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and every single dish we tried was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

The service here was wonderful from the seating host to the wait staff, bartender, and servers they were on top of things, answered questions regarding the menu and cocktails, and were very professional. The food, small bites, and shareables were flavorful and had just he right savory touches for Mediterranean food. Hands down the cocktails are delicious and creative; probably a highlight and the main reason to visit. Decor and outdoor dining were lovely, not visually distracting and comfortable for a 2 hour gathering and dining experience. Be prepared though to shout or scream your conversations at each other over the very loud music played on at least 12-16 speakers which seems set up more for a dance club environment. So anyone with hearing aids, or that is slightly hearing impaired this will not be a good place for you unless you know sign language. For the rest, it's not background music and will intrude on your conversation - be prepared to go hoarse if you want to chat or talk. My advice grab your food and cocktails, which are divine, to go and picnic elsewhere during nice weather or host at home.

Ambiance was very lively but romantic, the service was fantastic and our server was great. Drinks were delicious and the food was amazing, we tried the whipped feta, the chicken and the lamb kabob, and we loved it all. The dessert we tried was the pistachio Dubai tart, it was very rich and complex, and scrumptious. Would come here again, me and my girlfriend went here for Valentine’s Day, and it was a great spot for that, very classy
