Limited Valet parking is available on Monday thru Saturday evenings for $10.00 beginning at 6 PM. Due to the location of our parking lot, it can take a few minutes for the valet to bring your car back. Your patience is appreciated. Due to the size of our parking lot valet is taken on a first come first served basis. We also recommend uber or lift as alternates. We ask that you pay for valet parking inside the restaurant with your server as valets cannot take payment.

Read about this new restaurant opening and being in town for business had 2 vegetarians for a business dinner. Sababa did not disappoint. Tried the eggplant, Israeli salad, hummus , not for faint of heart. Hot peppers that live up to their reputation. Lamb shank was superb over sweet cabbage. College had 1/2 chicken and left nothing while there was a tangible vegetables that were very tasty. So much to choose and all was great. Little noisy. Great casual or come as you are. Highly recommend this new restaurant

Everything that was grilled was excellent: the haloumi, kofte, and chicken thighs. The hummus was ok. Less successful were the charred eggplant and the koshary.

Loved the food! However the host was VERY off putting. He was very condescending when I had asked him questions about the table. I wanted to love this restaurant, but the host put a sour taste in my mouth along with the servers who were excited to clear the plates! Yes, I wanted to eat the rest of those pistachios and pomegranate seeds! I had to ask them to put the dish back on the table.

We had a really tasty meal that all of us enjoyed. Service was super. Our waiter knew the menu and explained a lot so we could choose a lot of different items to share from there imaginative menu. We ordered salad, a variety of small plates, Hummas and pita, and a vegetable Tagine. We shared all the dishes. One small negative which was the vegetable tagine was very light on vegetables and very heavy on couscous. We would have liked to see that as a heavy vegetable dish with some couscous to really be a star dish. That was our only disappointment. Bottom line: There was a lot of flavor in all of the dishes. Friendly & attentive wait staff. Food came out hot, which is always a plus. We will come back as there were many other dishes that we would like to try. Great first weekend for this restaurant gem.

My experience on Saturday, March 17th at the newly opened Sababa was absolutely fantastic! The overall ambience and interior design of the space was very elegant, the white sail fabric hanging from the ceiling, decorative wood screen panels on the wall, and the group of palm fronds on the wall created a very unique space. I can’t rave enough about the service AND the food. From the Assistant Manager Scott who I had spoken with on the phone after my initial reservation disappeared because Open Table had me booked at another restaurant across town that I had forgotten to cancel. To the hostess who seated me, where we had established a rapport - she even checked on me and addressed me by name 3 times that evening, to my waiter Kevin, the bus boy, water server, etc, and finally the Manager came by and wanted to know exactly what I had ordered, if I had enjoyed the meal, etc. I don’t know if all of this attention was lavished on me since I was a solo diner in a packed restaurant on a Saturday night, but I felt completely comfortable dining on my own at the latest hot spot in town. I was well taken care of and attention was paid to me, probably more than even if I had been seated with my own friends! I would highly recommend Sababa to both the adventurous diner, and to anyone who has an appreciation for Mediterranean food & fresh ingredients. The menu is organized around small plates. I think the only issue I had was that my Salmon kabob entree was a little lacking of rice. I also ordered “Not for the Faint at Heart” a dish of harissa and shug with roasted peppers - jalapeño, shishito, & habanero. They are not kidding— those peppers nearly led me to a coughing fit. If you are able to get reservations at this new hot spot it is definitely worth it, and it is very fairly priced. I would go back again to try the Salatin, Hummus, and other kabobs. Dessert menu quite nice, I was able to order 2 scoops of the Cardamom ice cream that is usually served with cake.

The food was delicious. We ordered the kushari,
pita with za’atar, fried cauliflower, eggplant, the “not for the faint of heart,” koftas, veggie tajine, and shakshuka. Everything was great. The peppers in the “not for the faint of heart” almost killed us, but in a good way :) my only complaint is that an order of pita should come with more pitas to share with the table. Otherwise, everything was fantastic, including the cocktails.

First time at Sababa was Friday night the day after it opened. I was stunned, not only at the quality of the food and service, but that there were no "opening" jitters or glitches. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to others.

Excellent service! They were extremely attentive, the food was delicious and the place was just overall beautiful. I had the pomegranate rose hip soda and it was delicious! The hummus of the day was amazing (braised lamb hummus) and we had the 5 salad option which was great too. Definitely would love to come back to try everything on the menu!

Brand new Israeli mid-eastern cuisine by Knightsbridge Restaurant Group. We were there on day 2 or 3 if opening and everything went well. A place to share many smaller plates. Very well done
