I was expecting a great meal. The chicken dish was not that great. And I felt rushed, they kept coming by when I was still working on my dish.
Delicious food and scenery. Very attentive staff!
great food and the bottom less mimosas were on point! great service, kept our glasses full. and the music playlist was THE BEST! i really enjoyed myself for my birthday brunch.
Exceptional veal, great grilled calamari... New rules for wearing masks at tables made the experience less appealing.
Great menu and the food all tasted great. Glad we finally stopped in and hope to be back.
Food is great and happy hour is awesome!!! Tables are spaced apart and open walls for fresh air. Also patio dining available!
The music was great, the food amazing, and the staff friendly and attentive. I was there on a first date and it was a lovely experience.
Loved all of it- pizza, risotto balls and sprouts! Server was A++ will def go again!
Delicious!! Great service!! Awesome prices for such quality!!
Well done as always
Really good food and portions. Service was just okay, at best.
Fantastic food and drinks and not terribly expensive, 10000% recommend
Great atmosphere & service, but the food was extremely bland & had no flavor unfortunately.
The food was absolutely amazing. My table was raving over the mussels, we couldn't get enough of them. Happy Hour Drinks were also delicious and great price! We are looking forward to coming back for a brunch.
It was a really good experience and a perfect service
Good neighborhood place with good food and good ambiance.
Our server was attentive and friendly, pasta lacked flavor and was underwhelming
Everything about this place was wonderful. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable with the menu. Our dishes were prepared perfectly and the flowerless chocolate was the best I’ve ever had!!!
I was very pleased with there brunch options. All the food was delicious and the service was great!
They took every precautions with social distancing. I felt safe
Birthday dinner on the patio was perfect. Great Wednesday night special.
Great service, terrific food and drinks. Would def recommend.
We had a wonderful dinner here. They have a 3 course meal for $25 that has a lot of great options to choose from. They accommodated my Gluten Free needs perfectly and I was very comfortable eating there. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Saba was delicious! The interior design of the restaurant was lovely, with plants everywhere adding to the ambiance. Our server, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and described anything on the menu we had questions about. I can't wait to come back to Saba.
The food was very tasty and the drinks were strong. It was a bit loud, but I don’t hold that against them!
Pasta was delicious. Chicken Saltimbocca was inedible
The food and atmosphere were incredible. We went their for my wife and her best friend's joint birthday dinner. The only downside was the server was a bit inattentive and absent minded. There were several occasions in which he either took a really long time to bring something or totally forgot. BUT, the manager (possibly owner) came by to chat and make us feel welcomed. All in all it was a great time with great food!
We went there prior to a show at the Logan theater. The food was good, and so was the service. I thought the portions were a little skimpy on our calamari appetizer and on the lobster ravioli. I also think on a $280.00 dinner for 5 they could serve bread, which they don't do except with a few specific items. Would probably not return, but that is just personal preference. Would recommend ig looking for something in that exact area.
Great experience from start to finish. The staff and owner were so friendly and engaging that anything that otherwise could have been perceived as something to complain about wasn’t even mildly a for concern. The food and drinks were delicious and beautifully executed. It is clean and well decorated with an hipster chic vibe. The owner also owns “The Walk In” bar two doors down. It’s a great little place to stop for an after dinner drink if you’re not ready to end your night just yet. The choice music (in both spots!) was also great. Overall, Saba is a great date night or girls night spot. I will certainly be returning!
Saba is a true favorite of ours. Service, food, and all around experience is always great.
My wife and I came to Saba for Valentine’s Day. We didn’t take part in the prix fixe menú so I cannot comment on that. Our server, Alfredo, provided outstanding service and is an extremely valuable asset to the Saba team. He was professional, kind, and prompt with his service so we great appreciated that. Unfortunately, the food we ordered (carbonera pasta and mushroom pizza) just didn’t live up to our expectations. The pizza was actually quite tasty so not much to say there, I would probably order that pizza again. The pasta; however, was completely under seasoned and the noodle itself didn’t feel al dente when biting. The presentation of the food was fine, just the pasta didn’t deliver whatsoever unfortunately. Restaurant atmosphere is nice, decor is charming, and we definitely plan on returning again!
SABA was perfect for our Valentine’s Day date! The service was great and the cobonara was to die for. We also got the mushroom pizza and honey truffle bruschetta, both were light and flavorful
Great waiter, great food, would eat here again.
Our sever was excellent
Have been there previously, the meatballs continue to be fantastic. Versatile menu, good wine list.
lovely date spot, not crazy expensive and ambience is great!
The brussel sprouts and arancini are a must! Those two dishes are the best thing I ate all restaurant week. Would definitely come back.
This was my husband and my first time at Saba. The place is very classy, great service. The cocktails were great. We ordered the mussels, I had the house salad and my husband ordered the beet salad. We loved the muscles in our salads. The bread just seemed like some warmed white bread. I ordered a pancetta wrapped chicken and my husband ordered the salmon. His salmon was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. My chicken on the other hand is very salty, I think it was the pancetta. The chicken was very tender. I was not able to eat the chicken. We will however give this restaurant another try, because overall we had a great time.
Made a reservation through Open Table for restaurant week. I chose this restaurant because it looked like we had the option of the prix fixe menu for brunch or lunch at 1:30 on a Saturday. When we arrived, only 1 of 7 wanted food from the brunch menu, but we were told by the waiter that we could order lunch, but not get the prix fixe lunch menu. So, we ordered from the lunch menu but did not get an appetizer or dessert included. The manager never came over to our table to explain. I almost walked out with 7 people on a rainy Saturday from an almost empty restaurant.
In the end it was their loss because instead of spending $24 per per person we only spent $14 on average.
Service was not great (brought appetizers and no plates, appetizers came out with the entrees). Some entrees were good but most of the food was not memorable and portions were average to small. Didn’t get any bread with my spaghetti and 2 meatballs for $14.
This is unfortunate because I was excited to try a new restaurant in the neighborhood.
Saba could practice better customer service, especially since the food and portions are not going to bring us back.
Waiters very pushy and rushed us. Pushed food and wine when we said no
