**【 S&W Butcher’s Shop is officially rebranding as S&W Grill on June 16, unveiling a refreshed identity and a bold new menu that redefines the modern American dining experience. 】**

**【 Grand Opening Promotions – June 16 to July 15】**
To celebrate the rebranding, S&W Grill is launching two limited-time offers:
1.“Cheers for Four” – Check in on social media and dine in with a party of four to receive 4 complimentary drinks (beer or non-alcoholic).
2.Spend NT$4,000, Save NT$500 – Enjoy NT$500 off any single bill over NT$4,000 (before service charge), no minimum headcount required.

**【Reservation Policy】**

1.Reservations are open for 60 days via online, on-site, and telephone booking. Online booking is only open for a maximum of 4 people. To reserve a table for over 4 people, please contact us by dialing +886 2-2725-1200. We will charge an advanced deposit of NT500 per person for group reservations over 7 people.

2.Seat assignment requests are unavailable. If you have a special request (e.g., wheelchair access, stroller, etc.), please contact us by phone call.

3.After completing the booking process, you will receive an SMS message to confirm your reservation. If you want to cancel the reservation, please click the cancellation button through the link provided in your SMS message.

4.For birthdays and anniversaries, we will offer a small dessert.

5.We have a corkage fee of NTD$1000 per bottle.

6.We provide limited quantities of high chairs and children's utensils.

7.Opening hours: Sun.Wed. 11:00-21:30 (Last order time 20:00); Thu.Sat. 11:00-22:00 (Last order time 20:30)

8.Reservations are secured for 15 minutes of tardiness. Dining time limit is 2 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

9.By spending NT500, you can have the half-hour parking fee deducted, up to 3 hours on the same day. Please proceed to the payment machine in the B3 parking lot for redemption

※ All prices are subject to a 10% service charge. ※
※ No outside food or drink allowed. ※
※ Please note that animals are not allowed in the restaurant (except guide dogs). ※

**Cancellation Policy:**
• Cancellation or modification made three or more days before the reserved date will not incur any cancellation fees.
• Cancellation or modification made two days before the reserved date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the deposit.
• Cancellation or modification made one day before the reserved date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the deposit.
• Cancellation or modification on the reserved date itself or failure to show up (no-show) will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the deposit.

Remaining Deposit Utilization:
The remaining deposit will be reserved for a period of one month. During this time, you have the option to make a new reservation, and the remaining deposit can be applied towards the new reservation. Please note that after the one-month period, the remaining deposit will become non-refundable and will not be eligible for further reservation adjustments or refunds.

餐點、服務都很好，如果能在帶位上再細心一點就完美了。在帶位時，由於不想坐到靠近廚房的位置(開放式廚房有油煙味)，告訴帶位人員願意等旁邊的沙發位，跟帶位人員說了先坐高腳椅，到時候位置空出來再幫我們換位置。但位置空出來以後並沒有主動告知並換位，直到吃完了去結帳，帶位人員才問是否要換位置，問題是都吃飽了還換什麼位置?

Decent food. Meatballs a bit meh. House salad nice with the thick bacon. Can’t fault their steaks for the price. Same goes for the cake if you dare (still eating it the next day!).

如果可以讓座位區看不到外面走道，用餐比較不會分心或被影響。服務跟食物都非常好，就差最後甜點是在桌上有吃完食物的餐盤時端上，桌面有點雜亂。

外場主管們專業的服務，啤酒杯在換口味時會主動更換新的杯子。👍🏽 建議服務人員在點菜時可以建議主菜裡配菜的更換，才不會都是薯條👌🏽

當初訂位時填了當天是為慶祝生日的用餐，沒想到用餐快結束時，服務生貼心的送上招待的小蛋糕跟蠟燭，真是太貼心了！

It's not worthy to have a fancy dinner due to the wollensky's name. The smith & wollensky is streets ahead of S&W Butcher.

服務ㄧ切都不是很專業很ㄧ般，位置離隔壁桌很近很擠又靠走道，我們有小孩也沒提醒雞腿是辣的，結帳也等了很久很久
