Overall the fish and the meat was fresh , the rice was well prepared, the chefs were skilled in cutting and presentation of the nigiri and roles. The balance of flavors and textures in some of the plates was perfect.

First, the service was good but the food was average. The seaweed salad was good, the scallop skewer was minuscule and the sauces were all the same. Even the wasabi was bland. I had heard wonderful things about Ryoko but I was so disappointed

Difícilmente habrá un restaurante japones mejor en San Miguel de Allende. Comparado con otros Ryokos de la CDMX, este los supera por mucho desde mi punto de vista

Le dîner avait très bien commencé avec un lieu agréable et une nourriture bonne. Malheureusement dès notre arrivée à 21:00 on nous annonce que la cuisine ferme dans 30 min et qu’il fait absolument nous dépêcher a commander au risque de ne pas être servis. La nourriture était bonne mais absolument pas aligné avec les prix exhorbitants. Par ailleurs, j’ai demandé si il était possible d’avoir un temaki sous la forme de rolls. Le serveur m’a dit que oui sans aucun problème. Il m’a ensuite facturé le double du prix d’origine sous prétexte que c’était selon lui ce que cela valait. Le manque de communication puis d’écoute lorsque je lui ai exposé mon étonnement m’a choqué. Je ne vous recommande pas ce restaurant car le rapport qualité prix ainsi que le service est clairement très mauvais.
