Never a disappointing moment every time we go there.
Menu is fairly limited. The drink menu is very well done.
Excellent menu with something for everyone. The wood grilled rockfish and gumbo were our favorites. Service was fantastic. Social distancing was observed and we felt safe dining inside or outside. The outdoor tent was spacious, heated and comfortable.
Excellent date night experience and service. It was our second time there and we were glad that we returned. The bar area seating was gorgeous and comfy. The music playlist was great. Awesome vibe overall and our server was very attentive and kind. I enjoyed the 3oz wine option, allowed us to taste without committing to a full pour. The rockfish and fried chicken dishes were outstanding, nice portions with plenty for leftovers the next day. Will have to save room for dessert next time. We also visited the Sagamore Rye shop after dinner and learned about the tasting sessions available, so we’ll have to return for that as well. This place is definitely a hidden gem in the city. Thanks again for a great Saturday night.
Good was good but a bit over priced
Safety protocols are really good. Very impressed with how the restaurant is addressing these issues. Service and food were always very good!
Wouldn't rush back. Loved the Patrick Sutton designed decor. The "special" swordfish arrived cold; the fried chicken was underdone. The gumbo was pretty good. The Moscow Mule was way too lime-ey.. couldn't drink it. All of these mis-steps were lost on our waiter, who was friendly enough, but just didn't seem to care much about our experience. Too bad. Really great spot.
Dinner after a tasting at Sagamore next door. Food and service were exceptional!
as always the food was delicious, our waitress was a delight and she made sure we were enjoying our meals.
Been there quite a few times. I'm sure there aren't many restaurants that can top Rye Street Tavern.
We eat here a few times a year and always have a good experience. On this evening, during the Corona virus outbreak, we needed to get out of the house so we picked Rye St. We enjoyed the trout and catfish entrees very much and the cocktails were just how we like them. Great service and a pleasant night out.
Lovely decor, excellent service, creative menu
Fried chicken...yum!
Great service...fun atmosphere.
Dinner was great! The seafood bake is large and delicious. The kale, greens and butter lettuce salad were so good.
Best burger I’ve ever had.
The service was excellent, from the valet parking to the hosts to the server. All top notch. We loved the blue crab cocktail, and the drinks were perfect. My fiancee asked for a sangria, and because they didn't have one on the drink menu, our server was nice enough to have the bar mix something up. We had the lake trout and the red drum. Both delicious. We can't wait to return to try the rest of the menu.
We had a table of eight on a slower Friday night. We had to wait twenty minutes for the server to come address the table and take a drink order. After the drinks came the server left the table before we could order appetizers so we had to wait another fifteen minutes to put that order in. The terrible service was partially offset by the good food and cocktails but still no excuse for that.
Great food, great service, great drinks, great atmosphere! Petite desserts that prove to be "just enough".
Except for the crab appetizer, no one enjoyed their food. Each main entree was disappointing.
This place is beautiful and the scenery is nice. The food was just ok and not really worth the price. Being from the south I was excited when I looked at the menu. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t make the cut. The fried fish felt mushy and the biscuits lacked flavor and the flakiness I’m used to as a southerner.
Food was greasy. No kid friendly choices. Service was terrible. Will not be going back, ever.
Great spot with excellent food. Innovative dishes that I would call comfort meets seafood. Service was a little slow but all in all a place I would recommend without question.
No recommendation for a pre fix menu. This Valentine's Pre Fix menu lacked any luster. I have been here for brunch and it was great. However, for $75 per person, it was definitely not worth the drive, gas, time and money. It's a shame because Valentine's Day is supposed to be special. Not in my case.
Great brunch menu
Fantastic brunch!
Out of main entree at 6:15 on a Sat nite. 🤔
Beautiful setting and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and food experience was far from pleasant. While dining, one of the managers took it upon herself to train and literally berate one of the newer staff members on how to set up tables and serve, this went on for some time right next to our table. There goes the pleasant atmosphere. I also ordered a glass of wine with my entree and after I was almost finished, and asked several staff members if I could order a glass of wine, I decided to go to the bar and just order one myself. We could barley finish our meals as the seafood was way overcooked. The restaurant was not busy at all, so not sure what was going on. Lots of staff and many huddled in groups chatting, oblivious of taking care of customers. Such a shame, as this is a really beautiful and unique setting.....only wish a real management team would make the right adjustments, as whoever is running the show now has much to learn.
We started our night with the distillery tour which was excellent and had dinner afterwards. Wonderful night!
Had dinner in the bar area...food was excellent. Drinks were perfect. Waitstaff was just the right amount of attention. We closed the place down, didn't want to leave.
Awesome looking place. Awesome service. Cornbread was amazing
This was a brunch get together to celebrate a birthday. The menu was a bit limited but selections were good and everyone found their meals to be well prepared and delicious.
Good times as usual. Ceviche was amazing! Fish entree was a little bland but everything else: drinks, bread, appetizers, seafood bowl was excellent. A little noisy sitting on the bar side, but one of my fav restaurants for sure.
This restaurant is situated directly beside the Sagamore Distillery welcome center. The handcrafted cocktails are excellent; the bartenders treat cocktail-making as an art. Every dish we ordered was flavorful. My favorite dish was the fried chicken; it was juicy and hot, crunchy and not greasy. I only rated the food with 4 stars because the biscuits served along side the fried chicken were cold, and the "warm apple pie" didn't seem warmed but rather ambient temperature.
My fav place to eat and drink cocktails in Baltimore!
Great restaurant!
Consistently an exceptional experience. Been here many times.
Ate at the bar. Had the brunch menu. Great burger. Really nice environment. Great service.
First of all We appreciated the valet service. Very professional and courteous young people. We ate at the bar and also received top rate service. Dinner was fantastic and we will definitely return.
Seated at bar areA... very drafty and service was friendly but a little slow
Always a great experience. Dood is wonderful and service is great!! I would highly recommend.
The food was just ok for the price. We waited over 30mins for our main meal to arrive. Considering that this was a pre-fixed menu they fell short of our expectations. The saving grace was the service which was great.
