   Saturday night was my first experience dining at Rye. We started with fresh oysters, which my guys had never had, so we ordered the lightly grilled ones from PEI. They were absolutely delicious and I could have sat and eaten two dozen of them myself. They were briney, smokey, sweet, and perfectly seasoned with what tasted like just a hint of soy and lemon. I will dream about these oysters. Our cocktails were freshly made for us, and the special drink of the night was delicious and dangerous. We followed the oysters up with Wedge salads. They were very generous with the volume of salad- it was more like a full half of a head of lettuce, split in half on the plate, versus a standard wedge of lettuce. It was one of the best variations of a wedge I've had. It was amply dressed with plenty of Bleu cheese, pickled red onions, grape tomatoes and that delicious brown sugar bacon. I ate half of my salad and took the rest home- it was just as fresh tasting the second day. For the main course, my guys enjoyed the Beef and Mushroom Ragu and the Butternut Squash Ravioli while I tucked into the Blackened Salmon. That salmon was cooked to perfection. Crispy corners and blackened seasoning layer- perfectly seasoned, juicy and flaky on the inside. The red wine butter on top was divine, and getting a bite with every component was memorable and lovely. For dessert one of our party enjoyed the Creme Brulee and did not even offer a bite to share, so it must have been delicious. We also ordered the Limoncello, and that deserves a re-visit just for that. Bright and full of lemon flavor! Our service was top notch with just the right amount of attention, and we appreciated that all of the employees seemed to be enjoying their time there. We will be back for sure, and cannot believe it's taken us so long to try it. Thanks Rye for a memorable meal.

   Our server Samuel was awesome! You could tell he loves his job and has been doing it a while! The food tasted wonderful and the presentation was amazing! You can tell the cooks take pride in their work! A little nosiey but great atmosphere!

   From the first greeting from our server Sam, to the fun Currant forecast cocktail, to the mouth watering beef carpaccio app., to our amazing and overly sized beet and wedge salads to the final main shared Braised short rib entree our experience at Rye was nothing short of spectacular! Note that the three dollar fresh loaf bread service with their one-of-a-kind dipping oil is something not to be missed!! We came to town for a show at the PAC, little did we know that our pre meal at Rye was gonna even outshine that! Sam 10 ⭐️ food 10 ⭐️ value 10 ⭐️

   Exceptional on all levels including the quality of the crowd, the atmosphere and the energy. Honestly we were just looking for a nice dinner but were treated with a great overall experience. Attention to detail with presentation of amazing food. Service well done. Five stars.

   Food presentation is beautiful, drinks very good. All our dinners were delicious. Would recommend rye for great dinner out..

   This was our first time at RYE. We love the more upscale restaraunts (love Plae Bistro, Bleu, Chef Fusion) in Green Bay and thougth we'd try the valley. It is a very unique place. Our waiter was great and very attentive even though the placed was extremely busy. Offered us a complimentary glass of champagne since it was our anniversay, which I thought was awesome. Oysters were great. Bit of a limited menu for my tastes, but my husband really liked his ribeye. We would go back.
