Production Notes: Composition: 65% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 10% Sangiovese; Brix: 21.2; TA: 6.1 g/L; Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh grapefruit, rainier cherry, pomegranate, and bright floral notes. Lively, acidity, round fruit driven mid-palate with traces of strawverry, rhubarb, and a hint of red-grapefruit followed by a crisp, clean finish. 91 Points, James Suckling. These grapes were harvested in the early morning and went directly to the press upon arrival. You will get hints of lavender, strawberry, and slight citrus. This Rosé is incredibly bright, lively, and acidic. You will get a crisp mouthfeel with notes of strawberry, red cherry, and grapefruit. This is a great spring and summer wine!

12% Alcohol. Production Notes: Composition: 100% Riesling; Brix: 20.8; TA: 8.1 g/L; Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe pear, white peach and orange blossom with hints of fresh apples and mineral undertones. A pleasing round entry with fresh acidity, a fruit driven mid-palate, and a clean, refreshing finish. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice was cold settled. After racking off the solids, the juice was inoculated and allowed to ferment slowly for approximately 30 days, until the proper residual sugar/acid balance was achieved. At that point, the juice was chilled to halt the fermentation and stabilize the wine. "Olsen Brothers Vineyard attains the ripe character we consistently like in our Riesling. The acid/sugar balance is complementary to the fruit characters in the wine. We designated this single vineyard Riesling to capture the distinct expression of Yakima Valley fruit." – Kendall Mix, Winemaker

Enjoy the soft entry, round and lush mid-palate, and medley of intense blackberry and minerality dancing all the way through the long finish. 2017 Reserve Chardonnay- Sagemoor
14.5% Alcohol. Production Notes: The grapes were gently pressed and the juice was cold settled. After racking off the solids, the juice was barreled down to new, one year, and two-year-old barrels. Then the juice was inoculated and allowed to ferment slowly for approximately 30 days until dryness. At that point, the juice was inoculated for the second malolactic fermentation. Once completed, the wine was chilled to stabilize the wine. Four-fifths of the blend was then aged in oak barrels for 11 months. One-fifth was racked out of barrels after 5 months; Tasting Notes: AROMA: Bright ripe pear and apple, noticeable papaya and mango notes, along with subdued notes of toasted oak and vanilla. FLAVOR: A refreshing citrus acidity upon entry. A rich mid-palate revolves around apple, pear and tropical notes with an elegant lingering finish showcasing the oak. We were allowed an hour for our reservation and still did not have any wine to taste 15 minutes into the reservation. Did not seem that busy- several tables empty near us, but server said it was " crazy" busy inside. There was a special promotion to raise money for Alzheimer's, including a raffle and special food with the tasting which was free for wine club members. Food and wine were excellent! Staff and volunteers for the Alzheimer's group were very friendly and helpful.

A really bizarre thing happened on our visit that was super unpleasant. We ordered a cheese board and a charcuterie board. 2 boards. Halfway through eating them a server came over, said they were running low on boards and asked us ... really told us ... to combine the contents of our boards so he could take one. What?? My husband is a vegetarian so we piled my charcuterie on top of his cheese as quickly as we could ... it was clear we needed to rush ... and then off our board went. 10 minutes later the folks next to us were served their cheese board on a plate. No problem. No complaints. What the hell with demanding my board back? Would you have done that if it was s plate of pasta?? Rude and quite odd ... we bought 17 bottles of wine before this weirdness. Will not be doing that again. Bad call Ryan Patrick.

The wines are very good and reasonably priced. They have seating inside and outside that is quite comfortable. The wait staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They are people you want to be friends with.

Mixed feelings on this most recent visit for a tasting and wine club pickup. My guest’s last closing glass of bubbly was a bit flat, while my bottle was great. The Grenache, one of my usual favorites, also tasted off at the tasting. It had an unusually strong stainless steel taste.

Girls night started off here and it was wonderful! The server was really lovely and we got to taste a few wines before deciding on a glass. I will definitely be back!
