Ruth's Chris Steak House - Tulsa
They always go the extra mile to make an anniversary even more sweet with the roses on the table, the card, and all staff wishing you a happy anniversary ❤️
Vanessa did a great job. We had a birthday in our group and several staff members made a point of stopping to say happy birthday including the Chef.
Been several times, always an enjoyable experience. Only time I have been and my filet was not the quality I was use to having.
Thank you for my birthday dinner experience!
We always enjoy Ruth's Chris consistency in food quality and outstanding service. Chef's filet oscar style was excellent. New wine-by-the-glass selections were welcome additions.
Moms 85th bday. They de prayed the table and gave us the beat view in the reataurnat
Excellent food and service. We would definitely go again!
Food is superb. The waitstaff is very attentive. We were celebrating a birthday and brought our own cake. Waitstaff lit the candles and cut and served the cake. Helpful and nice, very much appreciated!
Great food and atmosphere
We love Ruth’s Chris in Tulsa... but for the first time since we’ve been eating dinners there, things were not up to par. The server was great, but the lobster tail was under cooked... we choked it down because neither of us like to complain but we thought in hindsight we should have sent it back. We have always had a great meal here and I brag about the fact that the RC in Tulsa is the best one we’ve ever eaten at, but this was a bit disappointing. The Caesar salad was good, could have had more lemon but ok, and the dessert was great.
The steaks were perfect and we had such an amazing sever!!!! She was fun and gave us great service her name was Vanessa.
I had my birthday dinner here. Everything was so delicious and they even had confetti on the table and a birthday card waiting for me. I’ll definitely be back
Incredible dining experience in Tulsa. Great food and great service. Crystal always greets you with a smile and is always so helpful. Everybody there is awesome.
Amazing atmosphere FOOD and Service !
We were in Tulsa for just one night and Ruth's Chris Steak House was located in our hotel. My filet Oscar was perfect!
It’s a nice place for special occasions but not for regular dining out. The prices are on the higher side.
My wife and I went to Ruth's Chris for our anniversary and we loved it. I had been to other locations but this was the first time at this one. The food was excellent, the service was perfect, and we had a great view of the sunset over the river from our table. We did the valet parking and there wasn't any point in the evening where we were left waiting. From appetizer to dessert we were happy with the entire experience.
Our waitress Kr
Calamari, Ribeye, Filet with lobster tail, two sides, and two bottles of wine. $300 before tip. Not saying that as a bad thing, but people need to know what they are signing up for. This is a high price- high quality place to dine. My wife found a piece of plastic in the appetizer, and it took them until our entrees came out before we got bread and butter. Food is pretty good, service from front of house is good as well, besides timing when to bring things out and making sure there is no plastic in the food. 4/5, because the steaks are that good.
Dinner before OSU game with our grandson. It was yummy
WOW the steak was amazing. My husband got a side of lobster mac and cheese. I'm not usually a fan of mac and cheese but this was outstanding
The meal was good, but as most Ruth Chis, but steak was dryer than normal.
The price was up there but watch the 28% tax in casino.
Our meal was excellent. My three stars for service and ambiance had to do with getting the table requested. My husband has severe hearing loss and needs a table near the wall in order to hear others at our table. That table was requested and my request was verified by phone. When we arrived we were taken to a table in the center of the room. When I asked for the empty table near the window, I was told that the table was "reserved." My response, "Exactly, by me a month ago." Were seated at the table by the window, but were informed that she would get into trouble for doing so. I told her to tell them to come speak to me if they had a problem with my demand. If they can't fulfill requests, they shouldn't ask us for them.
Other than the atmosphere, we were not impressed. We spent more than we would at Mahogany's and the meal didn't even compare. I would bet money that the mashed potatoes were instant. The creamed spinach was runny and we got a steak at Texas Roadhouse a few nights later that surpassed their steak. It's been a few years since I'd eaten at a Ruth's Chris and maybe the poor food had to do with the location inside a casino... I really don't know. I do know that I won't make a trip back.
There is absolutely NO reason to have a price of $48 for a bottle of wine when I can buy the same thing for $12 a block down the street. This is one of my pet peeves about better restaurants. The cost of the meal is one thing, but NO wine cheaper than $48????? Makes me want to go somewhere else in the future.
Service was top notch. Food is excellent. Variety of the dessert menu is a little lacking.
Superlative food, superb service. Wonderful people had loud patrons near us. Not the restaurants fault
Yes, I would still recommend the restaurant for the food, but I would also tell them not to expect good service.
Annette, thank you for your candid review. Please rest assured that in this Ruth's Chris, as well as all others, our intention is to provide the highest and finest quality with regard to both food and service, not to mention hospitality - much like Ruth would have done herself. Should you wish to discuss your concerns in greater detail, please reach out to us directly with your contact information including a phone number. Thank you!
Great service. Will be back soon. best steak house in Tulsa.
The Food was sooo delicious! We had a great time celebrating my hubby's bday.
Great food and drink service sitting at the bar!
Over all experience was great. Dining room was a little cold... i like cool... this was a little much..
An excellent experience for our 45th wedding anniversary. The rose petals on the table were such a lovely touch. Our server, Kyle, was top notch. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. A wonderful evening from the moment we arrived until we left. Thank you all.
They insist on enforcing their ‘no cap’ rule, no matter how nice the cap or your dress with it. Meanwhile folk in there dressed like slobs.
As usual, the food was outstanding. The reservation was handled as you would expect. However, in our last 3-4 trips to Ruth's, the service, attention and demeanor of the waitress was not up to Ruth's normally high standards.
Everyone has bad days/nights, and, based on experience, I doubt it will be an issue in the future.
Additionally, we really did appreciate the recognition by the staff (including card and table decoration) of our 25th wedding anniversary.
The food was fine but nothing extraordinary for the cost. Service was good but they brought my husband the wrong entree.
The service and food was amazing. My wife and I celebrated our 1st anniversary here so now I’ve set the standard. Thank you for the awesome experience
Outstanding service and food. Highly recommend!
Our daughter teaches at Jenks and this was her first day of school so we celebrated her first day of teaching Pre K
