    If you're in a steakhouse, you expect that they will know how to cook a steak. Two out of three of us sent fillets back for temperature issues. One of my companions asked for medium....and had to send it back a second time because the second was rarer than the first. Our server was very apologetic and engaged the manager without us having to ask. The manager was embarrassed and very accommodating, which made up for the issues with the meals. The starter crab cakes were really good as were the sides we ordered. We would go back since the staff made up for the issues. Thankfully, we had the time to wait for them to get it right the third time.

    I have been there three times now also a frequent steakhouse visitor The front desk reception doesn’t communicate with anybody waiting terrible. The service was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for drink drinks ordered our second Round the moment he gave us those and that took another 25 minutes as he forgot about. Our food was served with all of our salad plates being in front of us. We asked the woman serving the food if she could move the salad plates and her answer was that that’s not my job.. at this moment of time to very poorly managed restaurant based on all these experiences the food was inconsistent. Steaks were great. The other meals had completely different textures, but the same foods.

    The service was very slow. The bar tenders seemed to have responsibility for the entire restaurant. Food was as expected, good but not outstanding for the price. Would go back if in the area. Other locations’ have been better. Perhaps still getting up to speed with the new location.

    Service was good up to when we had to send back our lamb chops that we ordered medium rare. They came out close to well done. We did not get the new lamb chops until 20min later. At that point we were practically done with half the meal. For the caliber place this should be, it was a huge disappointment they overcooked our meat, and wait too long.

    Our meals were awesome . However my husband had the NY STRIP and it was loaded with fat…. Very unfortunate. We were going to send it back but my mom was paying and he didn’t want to make The service was great!

    What a beautiful dining experience from hostess welcome- server professionalism and excellent cuisine. Mike the GM was kind and friendly. We will certainly return!

    Brand new Ruth's Chris with nice bar and decor. Menu typical of all Ruth's Chris restaurants. Filet, salmon and sea bass perfectly cooked. Excellent service. We will be back..No other steak restaurants of thus quality in a 20 minute radius.

    Excited to share that the new RC in Newtown Square is a hit. We dined on Saturday night and the host team was already aware of my hopes that we would receive the REAL RC experience. Pleased to report that the restaurant was firing on all cylinders - well trained staff, good execution from the kitchen, bar and wait teams. Was impressed with their attention to the REAL RC culture and their follow-up at the table with a manager's visit to ensure we were being served professionally. Food was as expected - on point. Each steak (four different cuts) was cooked as ordered. T-Bone, Jumbo filet mignon, petite filet mignon and New York strip. Great salads and the crab imperial stuffed mushroom caps served as appetizers. I specifically ordered the Ruth's Classic special that came with a lobster tail which was also cooked perfectly. Joe Centrone was our waiter, and he was on his game - despite working a lot of tables - we received the perfect amount of attention. The thoughtful wine list includes the great Caymus blend (Grand Durif) as well as the Caymus Walking Fool blend. Both exceptional bottles - and priced accordingly. Finished up the night with a couple of Johnny Walker Blue shots at the bar for a nightcap - all in all - a fantastic first visit. Looking forward to our new home court advantage with such a good experience so close to home.
