We had a great time. Food was amazing as always. This is one of the best Ruth Chris Steak houses I have been to. Thank you very much to our awesome server and also the manager, who came by to check in on us. The whole staff was amazing and so hospitable. 5 stars all around. Thank you very much for everything!

Everything can’t always be perfect! The first 4 times to this new location were Steller! From our greeting, service, staff, flow of food, food taste, everything great! Tonight, not a good experience, We waited long time for service, then at least 5 different waiters came asking the same questions!!! everything ordered was forgotten or incorrect! After our appetizer, our main dish came and we finished when they forgot our salads and brought them after our main dish was finished! Cream spinach was bad, portion size was very small and steak and lobster was loaded with to much butter! The cheesecake was great! Not a good experience at all, we MIGHT try it again, but not acceptable tonight!

Celebrated our 9 year anniversary, they did an amazing job going above and beyond for us! Definitely made us fell very special and our waiter Shane was absolutely exceptional. Highly recommend

Our experience was not good. Our waitress was not very friendly and only came to our table twice to check on us. The food came out wrong, the steaks were not cooked right, the portion sizes were small for their sides, and the food got cold fast. The plates we’re supposed to come out on 500 degree plates and it did not. This is the 2nd straight time I had a bad experience at Ruth Chris. This used to be my favorite steakhouse, but now this will be my last time eating there. I prefer Flemings, Mastros, Eddie V’s, and Boa.

The sides were to be desired. Lower level resurants sides had more flavor. One of the steaks was not cooked to the asked tempature and had to be sent back. For the price, I do not feel the value met the experience and taste.

I had a birthday with a friend and they even made my favorite salad from the past - beef streak tomato, blue cheese crumble, bacon and red onion over a bed of greens! Nice to kick off a new year eating your favorites. Shout out to waiter Zoey!

We had an amazing experience at the Ruth’s Chris restaurant in downtown Long Beach. We’ve been here several times and the service is always exceptional. We enjoyed a tomahawk steak with mushrooms. Both were delicious. Astrid was our server and she was amazing! She was very friendly and attentive. She also offered some great suggestions for cocktails and wine. I look forward to returning.

Service could best be described as absent. One steak was very undercooked, it was red (not pink) and cold and was ordered as medium well.

I've been dining at Ruth Chris locations for many years and last night was my first unsatisfactory experience. After placing our order we were left alone for a very long time, no one asked if we were ok or needed anything. My appetizer was brought out with my entree, had my server been more attentive he would have been able to see that a correct it. I order a steak and I could tell my food had been sitting in the back as my place was warm and not the traditional sizzling hot, the butter was just floating around my steak. I ordered my steak medium well and the side of the steak on the plate was well done, that's how long it was on the plate. The rest of the meal was average and not the traditional piping hot I'm use to. I hate to give such bad review, but I am hoping this will help and prevent Ruth Chris from losing its reputation of being one of the best! Well I continue to dine at Ruth Chris? Absolutely! Will I return to this location? Probably not :/

The LB location was dirty. Layers of dust. I Spoke with the manager who blamed it on a 3rd party cleaning crew. Steak was over cooked. Our server, Ashley, was quite nice. The only highlight of the night was our interaction with her. Very disappointing.

The flu was excellent. I'm gonna start going there instead of the one in Anaheim. They knew it was my birthday. They put pretty sprinkles on the table and gave me a special menu.
