We sat in the bar area which is what we prefer. All the servers and bartenders were excellent. Anthony and Dee checked on us frequently. I had the turkey dinner which was very moist and tasty. They even packed extra to go bags. Husband had the steak which was decent and baked potato. Drinks: Camus wine and and old fashion didn’t disappoint either. This was our second visit and will definitely come back. The prix fix meals are a good busy for a 3 course dinner. Not too many steak places in LB. Parking in underground structure (self or valet) with easy elevator access to the restaurant steps away when exiting the elevator.

I need to first state we continue coming back for the service, and the food! Our first year for Thanksgiving dinner was amazing! Extra tip for our great server Alexie. He deserves every penny. Never forgetting the rest of the staff who go out of their way to make us feel at home. You folks are the best! We look forward to dining again in January.

I enjoy Ruth Chris restaurant but make sure you pay attention to your receipt before signing there might be $20.00 + added to your original charge/bill... not sure if servers are lining their pockets but how do you explain a $44.00 Thanksgiving menu meal becoming $72.77 on your receipt...

First our server, Ignacio, was outstanding. Courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. We were there for Thanksgiving Dinner after illness in the family prevented our usual get together. It was all lovely and tasty. I still think rather overpriced, but worth it for a special occasion.

This was our Thanksgiving dinner. Anthony couldn't have been more accommodating. The turkey breast was some of the most tender and moist I've ever had. The sides all looked so good, it was had to choose just one. The staff was excellent. Delivering food, picking up dishes, etc... Outside of a holiday, my wife and I hit happy hour and have Dirty Goose martinis and split a burger and fries.

Was texted 20 prior to reservation time the table was ready. We arrived at our scheduled time and was told we had to wait for the table to be ready. We didn’t get sat until 40 mins after our scheduled time. The waiter was very non existent or helpful through the night. We were given extra sides we did not order. The extra spinach brought out tasted like a hay bail. I ordered a medium rare steak and the first came out fully cooked and dry. The second steak that was brought back was still about fully cooked, and not medium rare. I was shocked because I at least expected the food to make up for the wait but as a steakhouse, it was comparable to Outback. I was never brought my Cesar salad, and actually told I didn’t even order one, when I got the meal that comes with a salad, meat, side and dessert. I’ve only experienced Ruth’s Chris in SLC and I’ve always had an amazing experience with great customer service and very very delicious food. I was very disappointed for this was a dinner for my birthday, as well as a few of my friends first time at Ruth’s Chris, and this was not the experience I wanted for them and myself on my birthday.

My experience was not the best. It was my wife's birthday and things did not go well. We made reservations and requested a window/booth for the occasion. We were seated the middle of the room. I informed the hostess that we requested special seating for the occasion and her response was not the best one. She gave me a slick answer an i replied, isn't this the reason why you make reservations? Needless to say, it was my wife's first experience there and she was not the happiest.

Our waiter was soo nice! and even from the moment we walked in, the service was very nice. they decorated our table for my man’s birthday and even gave us a custom menu for him. we ordered the $66 meal that came with a starter salad, steak and shrimp or lobster, 1 side, and 1 dessert and it was alll so good. especially the cheesecake for dessert. this is a great date spot!

Upon arriving, I told the maître d’ we had a reservation for two at the appointed time under my name, and we were asked to wait on a setee that was approxiÿmately a foot deeper than was humanly comfortable to sit on. After 5 minutes’ wait, we were taken by the manK ager-in-training to our table which seated four. We asked if we might sit at a table for two next to it, to which he agreed. The icy air streaming from the overhead vent was so cold as to make it extremely uncomfortable. We asked if they might turn down the air conditioner which they did slightly.I ordered a glass of wine and my companion opted to drink water. They brought two glasses of wine, so we sent one back. The appetizers took some time to arrive, but were enjoyable. However, we waited for over 15 minutes for our second course, a lobster bisque and a chop salad, which never arrived. When our entrées and side dishes arrived, we noted that we had not received our second course and would cancel it. Our steaks were, as one would expect, excellent said well prepared, but both our side dishes, french fries and creamed spinach, were both cold. We drew this to the attention of our waiter, who apologized for the state of the fries and said he would re-fry them, then corrected himself and said a fresh batch would be bad. He returned minutes later with the same french fries, which had been dropped in the oil a second time—some of them were warm, some medium and all of them slightly overdone. For the Price tag on this meal, I’d have been better off going to In-N-Out Burger, where everything would be freshly prepared and hot and 1/28 the expense…

We waited 20 minutes for our RSVPd table because the restaurant was so busy. We ordered bar drinks and it took nearly 20 minutes to receive drinks. Waitress was friendly but scattered. You can wear baseball caps in the restaurant. One of us ordered a prix fix meal which included dessert, a request was made to substitute chess cake for vanilla ice cream. We weren’t told when order was placed that there would be a $5 charge for ice cream.

Our waiter in training was excellent. I believe his name is West. Friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The waitress Astrid who was assisting him also was top notch. Food was excellent and the whole experience was great.

We wished you gave a complimentary dessert for a birthday. We went on the birthday so that was a bit disappointing. Also the steak was pretty rare for medium. I would’ve called it medium rare and not medium. We found the steak a bit fatty but overall it was ok. Our waiter was super polite and friendly. No problems there. Wondering why you let in customers in with backwards baseball caps and hoodie hoods on their heads. It would be a lot more upscale if you stick to the dress code. Mushrooms were amazing and the drinks were good.

Have eaten at several different Ruth's Chris locations but this was the first try at the Long Beach branch. Service was slow, both to get seated and then throughout the meal. We were a party of 7 celebrating 2 birthdays, but not a difficult table at all. The server's attitude was fine, but they just did not have enough experienced staff to deal with a normal-busy Sunday night dinner crowd. Steaks were okay but not to the standard of Ruth's Chris in year's past and the sides were also below the quality that R-C has delivered in the past at multiple locations.

My family & I are regulars at RC. Last night we had our future in-laws from South America. We were a party of 10. Food was excellent. I was disappointed with the seating. A party that large at other venues usually merits a separate room or private dining area. Instead we were placed in the main aisle with heavy foot traffic. Service was sporadic. Kept looking for our water to be refilled. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
