The server was very informative and friendly, the staff was very helpful and informative with the menu and explained thoroughly any questions my significant other and myself had. The experience was almost hypnotic but was classy and beautiful. It was a wonderful evening dining at this restaurant.

Amazing experience. This is the first time that my husband and I visit Ruth’s Chris Steak House. We had our dinner date to celebrate our anniversary. The service was above and beyond! The food was delicious! Great atmosphere!

Disappointed that they didn’t have the Sliced Tomato and Onion Salad or the Molten Chocolate Dessert we get in Baton Rouge.

My first experience there was very delicious. I love the attentiveness. The food was delicious. The service was excellent the ambience and soothing, gentle to the ear set up a date roses on my table.

Ruth Chris is typically a guaranteed go to. I have my food choices that I stick with and they never let me down. This time was different. I probably will just never go for a holiday again. Very disappointed

We have been to the restaurant 4-5 times since it’s coming to El Paso. The service has always been very good. As for the food, the sea bass was excellent, much better than the ribeye, which was very overcooked. We ordered medium and it was much more like well done. My experience ordering the steaks there has been hit and miss each time I have gone and is disappointing for a place that is supposed to be known for its steaks. Also, the sides came out lukewarm rather than hot. I am not sure we will try it for a fifth time.
