    I only counted 5 tables of people when we came in at 7:00, that should have been a sign, especially since there was a large health care conference going on across the street at the convention center. We ordered the Porterhouse for two at a temperature of medium rare. The steak was more like extra well done. When the server, who was very good and pleasant, saw it, she took it back without even asking saying, "That's not even close to medium rare." The manager brought out our new Porterhouse and told us to cut into it, so I did. Once again, the steak was super well done. My wife said, "That's not medium rare. The manager said that I was cutting it on the wrong side and the filet side will always be well done. I have eaten a few Porterhouse steaks in my time and realize that the tenderloin side will cook a little faster than the sirloin side, but I've never had them be that well done. By the way the sirloin side was well done also. After arguing back and forth with her for a minute or so, I finally told her to go away and bring the bill. We have eaten at several Ruth's Chris Steak Houses and always had great food and service. This was the first time we ate at this restaurant. Other than the server, this experience was awful. We ended up going down the street and having a burger at a local pub. It was very good.

    My steak was tough and grisly. Tasted good, but disappointing. Not something that was expected at such a high level establishment. Service was impeccable.

    Was told by the valet that they were out of all entrees. Decided to go in and talk to the host and advised that they were out of bread and cuts of popular steak. Being out of bread is unacceptable.

    Wouldn’t go back…. Terrible customer service from the start. Hostess was rude about us being 9 minutes late for reservations. I Mentioned that the website said they have a 15 minute grace period and we are 9 minutes late. To which the hostess condescendingly repeated what she had already said about we could only be sat at the bar. Thankfully another hostess came to seat us and there were at least 4 other open tables on our way to where we were sat. Steak was good. Could have made better salad and brussel sprouts at home. Dinning room just kept getting more empty as we were there, only one table was resat. Waited over 30 min for salad bc they ran out of Caesar. Waited over an hour for 2 filets and an order of brussel sprouts. Table that was sat next to us at least 15 minutes after us got their entrees first. Not interested in returning.

    The service was terrible got there and seated at 5:30 because I had a reservation Our food did not show up to our table until 8:15 not only my table but also the 3 tables around me. The manager lost a lot of money last night my total bill was 667.00 dollars he tried to make it right and save me 50% off my bill which was cool but it was still horrible service and our server was doing the best he could to try and save the day but it was a lost cause.

    This is not the same Ruth’s Chris you will experience anywhere else. Service was very poor, they must have been short handed which I understand happens but zero attempt to recover. Took a half hour to ask for our drink order which never arrived then another 30 minutes to ask again and deliver. Food order was wrong multiple times, my wife’s steak was good but the fish was hardly edible and the potatoes were not worth taking home to reheat, we left 75% of the food at the table. Once we asked for our check the waitress literally disappeared for over 20 minutes after we gave her our card. Friendly people however, overall for a restaurant of this caliber I’ve never been so disappointed. I’m literally having a hard time believing what we experienced this evening

    I know they were busy and it was Mother's Day. The service was very lacking and the overall experience was awful and disappointing given the amount of money spent for the dinner. Buying a $200 bottle of wine and broken cork at the tab, poured every glass ourselves, and never asked about it. The food took a while and when it did arrive we had to ask several times for the missing items. We were told by multiple different people that it would be handled on the bill and when the bill arrived it was the full bill. I was not looking for the discount or anything off the bill but the employees stated the discount given the experience. For a $400 dinner, you can get way more of an experience at nicer steak houses in the area! Food was decent but we did not have anything that was exceptional!

    It is more expensive than other high end steakhouses but it is worth it when you want the best steak and lobster in town...

    Ran out of bread, ordered sweet potato casserole, then after 40 minutes we were told they were out. Order stuffed mushrooms, they were out, ordered a coke the C02 machine was out. Ordered Lobster mac and cheese, and Ceasar salad to go and they foe some reason didn't bring them and said oh your right let me check, apparently they were out of something to make the salad but didn't communicate that. For a mother's day you would think they would have an adequate supply of food. This place should just close absolutely ridiculous.
