Our waitor was great. We reserved a table of 2 for anniversary. Host when we arrived changed our table to a side table in corner next to a large party that cussed every two seconds f this f that explaining a story. She said we had your reservation set up for 4 let me change your table. Our reservation was for 2 given it was our anniversary. I was disappointed by not only this but after seeing her set up all other special occasions so special I was upset. I feel for the money if I took the time to write it and you took the time to ask if it was a special occasion it should have been the same as others. As the memories are important to my husband and I. The people next to us when they left was like we hope you can have some peace and quiet now. As it was weirdly close proximity. There were several open tables so this was not the reason. I am a VP of operations in hospitality, so I know this isn't how things should have been. I feel the restaurant itself tries hard, so things like this should be addressed. Host had on a tight shirt that was very low cut and looked as if she didn't even have a bra on. As a restaurant who doesn't allow certain attire, I don't understand how an employee can dress this way. Food was amazing. Just few things that shouldn't have been the way they were. Felt a little cheated by experience. However, again great food, and a great waitor. Thanks Jerri Wright

Extremely expensive. The steak was good, but was brought undercooked and we had to wait another 20 minutes as our sides got cold. Staff was extremely nice. Service was great other than that. Will I go again? I’m not sure honestly.

I’ve been going to Ruth’s Chris for many years now, from St Petersburg, Charlotte, Jacksonville and always had the best meals in each location. This location was not the best for many reasons. While the ambiance was nice and service from Sunny excellent, the food was below par. It was our anniversary! We started off with cocktails which were very good and so were the stuffed mushrooms. Next we ordered salads. The Caesar salad had ICEBURG lettuce which is NEVER in a traditional Caesar salad; usually Romaine lettuce is used. My chopped salad was ok. While my two other guests had petite filets, they both said they were just “ok”. Not typical for Ruth’s Chris. My petite filet was fatty and tough, which I promptly sent back. Though baked potato was awful….had been sitting awhile. The second one was the same. The asparagus was over cooked and cold. By the time I got my steak redone, everyone was finished eating and I had lost my appetite. What a disappointment for a restaurant of this caliber. The manager was very nice and gave us a gift card to return. But still I have to be honest and say, I would NOT eat here again. And would not recommend this location.

Valet was rude when requesting payment. If I wasn't familiar with the stellar service and food on the INSIDE, the experience on the OUTSIDE would have been a potential deterrent. I'm unaccustomed to an establishment such as RC having subpart valet service. Off-putting to say the least.

the server took drink order and didn't come back promptly he left, we had 8 people the food wasnt as good as normal. The server left menu on the table after apitizers were served. dessert was a mess, people got their and others had to wait.

Unfortunately our wait person was clearly flustered/under trained or otherwise hampered in their performance - which materially adversely impacted our “fine dining” experience - from start to finish. We understand that these days, good help is hard to find. Having spent well over $100 per person makes our experience unacceptable. Notwithstanding we tipped generously. Fortunately our food was very good. Our experience is that real time complaints seldom yield positive real time results, so we grinned and bore it. Given the opportunity, I intend to have a conversation with the manager.

We were seated but then not acknowledged by wait staff for over 10 minutes. We received water and ordered drinks, then sat for another 10 minutes waiting for our drinks. Bread arrived and we waited again. My wife's water was finished and we waited an hour for it to be refilled, after a request. This was not "dining". This was poor service. Our steaks arrived. The filet was not great and the ribeye was so tough I chose not to eat it. Typically a server will check on a meal soon after it arrives at the table. My wife had finished her steak before our server checked. When asked how it was. I responded that it was not good. The server's response was, You had the medium rare ribeye. Our medium rare ribeyes tend to be tough. Really? We will not be returning. We have had better steaks and service at Texas Roadhouse.

When we walked in to check in with the hostess. There was a server arguing with the manager for seating one of his tables across the restaurant from his other tables. At least 10 minutes from being seated to when the server greeted us and took our drink order. Our steaks arrived before our soup and salad. My soup was cold and needed to request a new soup. Steaks were average at best. It’s been 2-3 years since I’ve been to a Ruth’s Chris and we always LOVED it. This wasn’t what I was expecting and was disappointed. My wife and I were out for our 22 anniversary. We will have to find a new steakhouse.

This is a nice restaurant. The food is A la carte. The food tastes wonderful. I am not a fan of the hot plates the steaks are served on. I am guessing they under cooking the steaks and count on the plate to finish the job on the way to the table. We went on a slow night and the steak came out under cooked. I left it on the plate for a few minutes, flipped it a couple times and It finally finished where I wanted it. The only other thing is the amount of oil in the cream spinach. It was delicious, but I filled a saucer spooning out the standing oil off the top. Maybe it is supposed to be this way. I don't know for sure. But, as I said before, the food was delicious.

We enjoyed a date night here. My husband thought the chicken was out of this world. My Ribeye was also delicious, however, my favorite item was the sweet potato side dish. Divine. The visit was clean, timely, and professional.

The food was excellent and our waitress Herejean, she said just call her Jean, was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our choices. Sean the manager came over and made sure we were good. Overall it made for a very nice night and I will definitely be back.

The dinner was exceptionally nice. Service and friendliness were refreshing. The entire staff from the valet to the manager could have not been nicer. Bring a special occasion ( our 50th anniversary ) they made it a memorable experience.
