We have been to Ruth’s Chris restaurants in 28 different cities. We would rate this one in the top five. Our servers - Kyla and Christian - did a fantastic job. The GM knows how to run a good restaurant.

Ruth Chris is still a major player in the Steakhouse game! A lot of folks in Columbus are in to the newer establishments showing up on the Columbus Steakhouse scene and forgetting about one of the true gems. Ruth Chris did not disappoint us this time around and made us feel special on our 18th anniversary, with a great ambiance, really good service and food! I joked around with our server Chris, asking him if he was THE "Chris" in Ruth Chris. His comeback was golden when he said he was not, but he was "gonna treat (serve) us like he was!" And he did just that! Kudos! We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Felt overpriced, my soup was burned tasted like it was from the bottom of the pot. Mashed potatoes were fantastic. The steakwas mid.

I wish I could send you the video I took of my food. I have eaten RC in multiple cities from Phoenix to Chicago to Orlando and congratulations, Columbus takes the bottom spot. I was thoroughly shocked out the poor quality of food. Fortunately, I will not let one bad Apple spoil the bunch. I still love RC! ♥️

Steak was overcooked and had to be sent back. Soup and salad were brought out after the entree, and only because we reminded the waitress that they had been forgotten. Lobster Bisque was not very good. Brussel sprouts were very tough and had little flavor. Overall the meal was not worth what we were charged. Very disappointing.
