    The manager greeted us with such enthusiasm. We had a private dining room with excellent service. The food came out in perfect condition, presentation, and with such flavor. You get a pay for great service and we will be back for the amazing cheesecake at the end.

    Our server Jean, was fantastic! We found the food to be mediocre at best... Especially for what they were charging. When you protest to be a steakhouse, and you cannot cook the steak to the temperature, your customer ordered… There’s a problem . Our asparagus was Woody, and the top of it was dried out and uneatable. The manager came over and apologized, which was nice and they offered us a free dessert. But we felt that being charged $71 for a steak was outrageous! Sides are $14 and are quite small . We are not in NYC. We had a petite filet, a smaller ribeye,  and we split the small serving of au gratin potatoes and asparagus, as well as split a wedge salad. I had one cocktail and my husband had one glass of wine and the bill was $225 before tip! Ridiculous. The restaurant was half empty and I can now understand why . I doubt we will ever return.

    We celebrated our anniversary here and it was an amazing experience. The service that Chris provided was top-notch and the food was excellent so overall value, we had a five stars and it was just a great experience. We will definitely be back.

    Our experience was even better than anticipated. We had a great wait staff. Attentive, helpful with advice for the menu and city attractions. The food was plentiful and the best quality-taste, texture, and served nice and hot. Had the New York steak and the filet, baked potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and French onion soup. Couldn’t finish it all! Highly recommended

    Start to finish, the experience was excellent. I believe we were greeted by the district manager upon entering and she checked in to see if we were timely greeted by our server (we were) and if we had questions about the menu (we did). Michelle was a VERY attentive server who delighted in answering our questions, took pride in reminding us how the steak is prepared (we have dined here previously) and ensured that our birthday celebration was perfect. She recommended the spicy shrimp to start - they were amazing (cooked and seasoned to perfection with a little kick, i.e. not so much that spice is all you taste). The steak was cooked exactly as Michelle described and to the temperature requested. We also had sweet potato casserole, which was also perfectly prepared (please don’t ever remove it from the menu or change the recipe). Lastly, the creme brûlée was delectable. I appreciate that it was slightly warm, suggesting that the sugar was recently caramelized. Keep up the great work, Michelle and Columbus RC.

    Ask for chris if you go he made the experience exceptional! He was warm, kind, and made our anniversary so special. It was truly a great time on top of the food being fantastic! Highly recommend

    Ruth's Chris steakhouse was the perfect co.0lent to a beautiful Mother's day brunch for my mother & her 2 sisters . The energy was bested only by the food & service- it was an awesome experience.

    Normally rave about Ruth Chris but this location has issues. Arrived early and they forgot us. Stayed at bar with date and service was good. Other locations bartenders are more personal and here it was like we didn't exist. Both steaks came out cooked right but no crackling sound like usual. Had explained to my date about the hot plates and disappointed that they were barely hot. Bartender just said that the kitchen has good days and bad days????

    ordered it medium well. the steak was purple and not cooked. sent it back and the waitress was not apologetic. expected better.
