I’ve been to this location in the past and the staff is always courteous and professional. Our server Emma was outstanding and the food was excellent. If you’re in the Albany area I recommend you pay them a visit

Great bar with happy hour. Dinner was delicious and I would’ve given them 5 stars but my husband’s salmon had two bones, one of which he swallowed. We told our waitress and she apologized and said she would let the kitchen know. Next time we are going to try the happy hour bar food menu to change it up.

James, orchestras amazing. Cordial, entertaining, fun, polite, and informative. The workers who cleared the table and brought out food were also polite, friendly, fun and helpful. Hostess was warm friendly courteous and kind!! overall a most enjoyable experience!!

No lobster bisque? Sad. I’ve also never had potatoes, au gratin with cubed potatoes before. All jokes aside, they should warn you. Same great steak. This location used to be a macaroni grill and it still has that vibe. Booths around the perimeter. We’re from California so maybe we’re just spoiled, but in California it’s the kind of place that only has valet parking and everyone is dressed up. This is a cargo shorts and T-shirt kind of place. Imagine a fancy Disneyland Restaurant. Service was fantastic! The two girls that checked us in were amazing, engaging and funny. Our server was fantastic as well. We were discussing the differences and learned that corporate Ruth’s Chris are different than franchise apparently? We will look for franchise ones in the future.

This is the second time we had our server Valore He is very attentive and personable, so he made our dinner very pleasurable. Wish the dinners weren’t so pricey, if they were a little bit more reasonable, we would come more often

Went to the Moet & Chandon Tastemaker Dinner. Was exceptional. Upon seating was given a Chandon Spritz which was wonderful. Very refreshing. Then we had 3 courses with an accompanying drink with each course followed by dessert. Every course was wonderful and really enjoyed getting a chance to taste all of the different accompanying drinks. This is the second Tastemaker Dinner we attended. The first was for Prisoner Wine! These are a wonderful way to taste different foods which are carefully prepared by their chefs and to try different drinks. Plus it is very educational. They have representatives from the company telling you all about the company and the beverages you are drinking. Ruth's Chris really knows how to put on these events. They really make you feel welcome and spend time conversing with everyone attending the event. Would recommend attending any of these events. They are so worth it. My husband and I are looking forward to the next one.
