Arrived early with wife and sat at bar for a drink while waiting. When table became available, hostess came and showed us table. Hostess walked rapidly towards table, did not offer to carry drinks. Wife walks with cane, had trouble keeping up with hostess. Thought she could have been more polite. Waitress and bartender were attentive and friendly.

Our food was not good. 2/3 meals were not good. One of them the steak was over cooked, we asked for medium rare it was almost well done. I got the monthly special and the crab meat tasted bad. I tried 2 of the shrimp and finally had to send it back, only getting half off for the meal. We did not have time to get more food we had a commitment after dinner. Will not be going back especially for those prices!

Celebrated my daughter's 27th birthday, just daughter and dad. The company and conversation were fantastic and the food and service made it a perfect evening. It was my daughter's first time at Ruthie's and our table against the west windows made it even better, getting to view the sunset. Our server was extremely friendly and professional.

Promptly seated at our reservation time, greeted by the female server, supplied with warm bread and flavored spreads while we pursued the menu. After making a wine bottle decision our order was taken. My wife had the walleye, which she raved about. I had the seafood pasta, shrimp, scallops, lobster on fettuccine with white sauce. The steak (6 oz filet) & lobster was excellent! My wife had the seafood pasta and thought the seafood was great but the pasta sauce lacked seasoning, she’s had better. The Brussel sprouts were tasty and the baked potato was huge. We split a delicious turtle cheesecake and had wonderful french press decaf coffee. Katie was super!

Everything was great until they lost my husband debt card. Paid for meal with gift card and debit card. Never got debit card back noticed as soon as we got downstairs went right back up. And poof. Gone!

Amazingly delicious! We had the Pheasant appetizer, asparagus and Brussels sprouts as sides. I had chicken my other guests had steak with different topping. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! Service was prompt, professional and very attentive.
