   We were there again after valentine were the food was cold to give it a 2nd chance. This time it was not any better the crab bisque was heavy creamy. The scrimp cocktail with mascarpone cheese and the fries tasted like they dropped the salt in it. Never again.

   Food wasn’t as good as it used to be. Was very disappointed with my husbands steak. It looked like it had been reheated off of someone else’s plate. It was VERY DRY. And it didn’t even look like it was a 14oz steak. We will not be returning. And there were other people there complaining about the food being cold when it was brought out. And the air conditioning was on and that didn’t help either. It was snowing out and they had the air on. Doesn’t make sense.

   My steak was very grissley but they provided another and comped it on my ticket to make it right. Service was great from waitress but we were in the back room with another group of 6 people and were told we had to leave as they had a large party coming to that room.

   It was our anniversary so we booked a room and planned a nice dinner. The portion on the prime rib was large but the taste was not to my liking at all, some thing with the sauce that was all over it. ( And what restaurant does not serve prime rib we with au ju! Monsters! LOL). Perhaps another dish would have gone over better, but all appeared to have special sauces or seasonings. I’ll likely stick with my neighborhood steakhouse from now on. Server was great, nice ambiance.

   I had a cowboy steak. First one was overdone I was given a second steak that was over salted I could not finish it. We have been here many times before always good Some people cannot eat too much salt. Service was good Over all we had good time

   We made a reservation several weeks ago, to spend valentines weekend up here. We drove approximately 2-3 hours and chose Ruthies for dinner, as we are HUGE mignon fans. Our reservation was for 8pm. We showed up promptly, and just before us a couple walked in. I heard the hostess ask if they had a reservation and the couple said no. She sat them at a nice booth, and came back to us. She had us wait a couple minutes while she checked for a table. She came back, and had us follow her to the very back room, where right next to what would have been our table, was a very loud roaring party of 12. She didn’t ask us if it was ok. She didn’t ask us if we’d like to wait. I understand nobody can control what size parties come in - but if I’m going to pay $150+ for a meal, that I’ve driven nearly 3 hours for, I’d like the hostess at a “fine dining” establishment to at the very least ask us if we were okay with the location. She set our menus down and took off without a single word - and we were very irritated when it was so incredibly loud in that room we couldn’t even hear each other speak. We decided to let her know that we’d like to see about waiting for a different table. When I flagged the same blonde hostess down, and explained to her that we’d like to see the wait for a different table, she scoffed and said there wasn’t one. She rushed off to get her manager(?) who promptly told us they understood and that she would get us the next available table. She sat us at the bar. We waited around 30 mins with no word of how long it would be to get our table. Nobody offered a drink, or any sort of anything for our wait. I was irritated that the couple who walked in basically at the same time as us without a reservation had been seated when there was really only one open table and we’d had a reservation for quite some time. We finally got seated, and our waitress was very sweet, and apologized for the bad experience. The mixed drink selection was very limited,

    Entrees for my wife and guest were excellent. My food was barely warm when brought to the table. Server never attempted to refill our wine glasses, and only came to check on our food as we were finishing our appetizer and entrees. The restaurant was not busy but all parties were put at tabes next to each, with parties on both sides being loud with their conversations hear as if sitting at their table. I was expecting a nice quiet meal with a family member not seen for multiple months. We would have enjoyed a more quieter time at a fast food restaurant.

    Stopped here with my husband for dinner while traveling home. Luckily we were able to get a reservation in very short notice. Everything we ordered was fantastic, I especially enjoyed the halibut, it was perfectly prepared! Our server and all staff that we encountered were so pleasant and made our dining experience outstanding. We will be back again soon!

    We ordered medium rare steaks, they were more medium well. Flavor was outstanding, but when you pay that much for a steak, you expect higher quality.

    Busy Saturday night, not enough employees, slow service, lukewarm food, flavors were average, steaks should have been much more tender(based on price) BUT…. They offered complementary dessert. They also arranged to get the dessert from the coffee shop next door. Very nice server but she was overwhelmed. We probably won’t be back. We had a good night at casino!

    Unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience! I ordered another drink and they forgot about it till a long time later! My steak fries didn’t come with the meal and when they arrived they were hard on the bottom and crusty! I will return but this meal was not the best!

    Nice place, seemed clean. Nice staff, great ambience. Food wasn’t the best, but not terrible. The sides were good, the fingerling potatoes were excellent. I would also recommend the corn. The bread was harder than I would expect. French onion soup was mediocre. I ordered a 14 oz ribeye cooked medium. It came out rare, which is not a deal breaker for me, but I prefer ribeye’s a little more cooked than a NY strip for example. I definitely tasted a “dirty” grill flavor, like old fat and food burning underneath the steak. Also, the meat was tender, likely because of how it was cooked, but loaded with connective tissue, which made it extremely difficult to chew. The food was also served at varying temperatures, for example the potatoes were nice and hot, and the steak was barely warm. Overall, I will eat there again, and would not tell anyone not to go, but for the price, I would expect a much better quality piece of meat. Perhaps my experience is an outlier and next time will be better.

    Mashed potatoes and fries were way to salty to eat. Manager did nothing to compensate. Waitress was awesome! Overall an OK experience! Nothing was above average! Disappointing!

    Sisters weekend had a great time dinner was great very large portions. We finished carrots but we barley touched the brocolini prim rib and filet everyone said was great!

    We had a girls get away evening with a concert and stay at the hotel. Our meal was absolutely wonderful! Cocktails were awesome and our server did a great job! Can’t wait to return!

    The food was outstanding. The server was not informed about the details of each item on the menu. She was also very slow with service, such as getting drinks, getting the bill, and answering questions. We got there at 6:00 and left a few minutes to 8:00. I also thought the prices were very high!

    Server was good , people came in after us and all got there food before us , my steak was great , wife’s chicken was super dry we have it to the dogs , what I can’t believe is why they charged us for it. Been going there for years , however this will be the very last time eating at Ruthies, good luck with your dried up high priced chicken !
