    The food was absolutely delicious! The lobster bisque was some of the best I have ever eaten and my husband raved about the French onion soup. The two entrees we have were sublime! Can’t wait to enjoy another meal at Ruthie’s.

    My husband and I don't go out to eat very often, so it's a special treat when we do. I made reservations for Ruthie's Steak and Seafood for our 35th anniversary. A new restaurant that we had not been to. I had requested a window table via my reservation on OpenTable over a week ago. I was disappointed from arrival, we were not going to be seated at a window table, near but not at the window. It was an early reservation, 6:30 pm so I didn't foresee a problem. We were seated. Atmosphere was nice. It was busy but not crowded. We did not see a waitstaff for five minutes after being seated. He filled our water glasses and brought menus. Again, we waited fifteen minutes before he returned. I ordered an expresso martini and an appetizer of brie. We were ready with our order at the same time. My drink arrived 30 minutes later, the appetizer arrived shortly before. Our entrees arrived and they were lukewarm another 30 minutes later. The food showed promise if it had been hot. We were disappointed.

    Overall was a very nice experience and food was good. Service was excellent. Only negative was some menu options weren’t available that I would’ve liked to try.

    Our server, Darian, was very good!! Can’t say enough good things about her. She was the best part of our experience. Would not recommend the lobster risotto. It was sticky and dry. The lobster was from the claws, was rubbery, and had a fishy aftertaste. I didn’t eat it. Should have sent it back but didn’t want to wait for another entree to come out. The ribeyes had a good flavor but weren’t cooked as ordered. We had better steaks locally restaurant for a much lesser price. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly! It was delicious. We waited a long time, about an hour, for our food to come out. Darian apologized several times for the long delay. We were offered a complimentary dessert as an apology. The chocolate cake was very good! The dining room is beautiful. We were expecting a better meal considering the prices charged.

    The food was good, but we waited over an hour for food. It also took a long time for drinks and the place was not that busy.

    Cynthia was attentive and fantastic! Food was pricey but very high quality. Beautiful and elegant details everywhere. We were very pleased with our first time dining with them!

    Well to be honest I would not recommend the place. We had a very bad experience. Baked potato was cold sent it back twice. Still was cold would not even melt butter. My salad had so much vinegar on it I couldn’t even eat it. My Mac and cheese was cold. I had made reservations on line for my husbands birthday. They didn’t say nothing about that. It took about an hour to get our meal..I know it wasn’t the waitress fault. But don’t apologize 20 times is not good. I’m in the restaurant service so I know good food. Also my husband has Walleye and there was half left and the waitress took the plate without asking if we wanted to take the rest with us. We did, when they took the few items off ticket the manager acted like we were in the wrong. Wouldn’t have complained but our bill was still over 100$. For all the mistakes I would have taken care of the entire bill.. customer service goes a long way. Will not recommend Ruthie’s to anyone sorry..place Wasn’t even that busy. I would recommend the place next to the casino. Edward was amazing, they misplaced our food ticket and he gave us both free ice cream and the food was amazing. Thanks Edward for making it a better experience in your restaurant. We will definitely eat there again. Keep up the good work.

    Steak was overcooked. Did correct but by time the meal came back my party was done eating and had to wait for me to finish my meal.
