A must place to visit
Was awesome Guillermo on point the whole evening!!!
We ate outside at sunset! It was lovely! We still had to wait 35 min for outdoor seating even with a reservation … it was beautiful and our waiter Christopher took great care of us!!
We loved our experience and Victoria was great!
The restaurant is located in a beautiful location, with a wonderful view of the Miami skyline. The customer service was very nice, and our waitress Valentina was wonderful. However, the quality of the food was not good. It lacked flavor and it was bland in some aspects. For a restaurant like this, I expected better food.
I usually don't mind paying high priced food, but in this case it was not worth it!
Thank you for caring about our feed back!
Food was underwhelming but good nonetheless. Ambiance was nice. Our waiter wasn’t as attentive to our table as other around us. This was my second time here and i guess its nice to say that you have had the experience.
The manager was very accommodating to our party of 8 as I accidentally booked the reservation for the next day. Ambiance is fantastic! Food is good, a little over priced, but not too bad.
The place has awesome food, drinks and view. From the valet staff to our waiter they were very friendly and accommodating. They knew to bring the kids food first so they didnt need to wait. Love the place and will go to it again.
Music was WAY too loud for a Sunday brunch. We could barely listen to each other and it was almost impossible to listen to the waitress. If you’re looking for a chill place for your lunch/brunch, that’s not the place.
Food was great.
The food is very hight quality.
I practically go there at least once or twice a month for the past 6 months. They have one of the best empanada in Miami. However, there is opportunity for improvement on their logistics. This time we arrived 15 minutes before appiotment time of 1:15pm. It took us 1 hour to get an outdoor seat. When we finally sat down we did not get a waiter for another 10 minutes until we finally inquired about service.
We got a waiter named Jesus, and my goodness he made up for all the bad experience. He was humble, pleasant and with a very happy disposition.
In all,I must say his recommendations were good and we enjoyed the outdoor vibe and food. Keep up the Great work Jesus, you're truly an asset for Rusty Pelican.
The place was too noisy, with good service and reasonable food but the only available parking was the valet parking where they stole all the coins that I had in my car!
Good food during brunch music and cucumber mint mimosas
The help was very good the receptionist from the very start to our waiter or fantastic you didn't have to ask for refills or nothing and they brought everything to you in a timely fashion and they put us at a good table for our anniversary
It was phenomenal! Delicious food and exceptional view!
Great ambiance and view. Server was nice. Lovely presentation of cocktails
Amazing food. Outstanding view. Great vibe with a dj.
Definitely a must go for anyone visiting miami! I love taking my friends and fam to this spot because of the view and delicious food!!
Great food and view from the city.
We have a lovely time food and service was perfect highly recommended.
Calamari app not fresh but rest of meal was excellent!
Excelente ! La comida exquisita, calidad -precio , les recomiendo el Rissoto de Langosta. El ambiente es muy agradable y el atardecer viendo el Skyline de Brickell es insuperable . Es uno de mis sitios favoritos en Miami. La atención muy buena.
Our server was amazing with her recommendations and the kitchen got our food out so quickly because we were short on time with our flight and traffic. Amazing. I’ll definitely be back!
Salad on plate was way too spicy, workers by the bar speaking Spanish are way too loud. I’m Cuban but I don’t appreciate a bunch of Cubans talking really loud about nonsense. They should keep their voices down a bit, nobody wants to pay exorbitant amounts of money for food, to be hearing Cubans talk about Cuba or whatever.
We ate 2 Lobster Rolls and they were very basic. Not very flavorful or memorable. I found an uncut whole garlic clove inside one of the sandwiches. The ambiance and ocean view tend to make this place special, but I expected the food to be better. The meal was saved by the truffled corn side dish. I don’t think we will be back.
Raysel was our waiter. He was amazing !!! The view is immaculate as was the food and cocktails. We will be back soon. Thank you for the great service.
When we come to Miami each year in the summer, Rusty Pelican Miami is where we stop at least once in our travels! Great food and ambiance!
Buena atención y la mejor vista de Miami definitivamente!!
Nice restaurant, delicious food, excelent service but to much nois!!!….. many people screaming when they talk !!!
Realmente un lugar maravilloso, comida exquisita, la vista y la atención de lo mejor, Lala nos hizo sentir como en casa, recomendado 100 %
Great food with pan salmon over burrata tomatoes and peaches Wonderful octopus appetizer and terrific halibut
One downside sitting near the bar there were a number of drinks made with smoke that proved to be overwhelming and had a slight incense smell
The food was okay but nothing special and certainly not for the price. Had the snapper, which appeared to be a signature dish according to the menu. The presentation included the filleted fish carcass deep fried and wrapped around the filet. It was hideous and unappetizing. The view and ambience is really nice.
We met out of town friends. What a scenic place to take them to. Food was delicious.
Nice view. Verry good food.
The place is beautiful, we had a wonderful waiter (Roberto) who outdid himself to give us a good service, which was almost impossible as the restaurant doesn’t use “bus boys” as all restaurants do. They make waiters do EVERYTHING” so there were times our dirty plates and glasses were there for a while, as Roberto was running to get our food, etc. Very inefficient system that affect service terribly.
Food, as usual was not good. Most people go there for the venue, not the food. We heard there were new chefs, but food was as bad as always and extremely expensive.
Not planning on recommending it or going back, unless it’s just die a drink at the bar.
Family visiting from Venezuela. Lobster was too dry and small. Calamari was also not flavorful- steak was good tho
Outstanding food and flavor. quality and fresh.
The only issue was we were sat at a beautiful location of the restaurant, but served by the bartender and this hindered the service quite a bit. Food was top notch !
The service is really outstanding and the food we chose superb. The corn bread with jalapeño was delicious.
The octopus was the best we have ever eaten...absolutely amazing. Service, location, cocktails and quality of food was perfect. Was a great ending to our stay in Miami!
Packed restaurant. Not sure why they want to close so early in a Sunday
Our server took forever to finally come and take our order... Okay, I guess it could be a little understandable as a lot of companies are short-staffed. We didn't pay too much attention to that but when we finally decided to place our order for appetizers, it never came out. We thought maybe it was just taking some time to cook and so we placed our order for our entree which came out fairly quickly but still no sign of our appetizer. The main dish was okay just seemed like too much going on in the flavors of the food but that is just me being picky. My complaint is about the service. We saw our server probably 3 times in total. When my girlfriend told him she didn't like her drink, he didn't even offer to make a new one or a different order, he just saw "aww maybe next time you try something new". That is not true hospitality. At the end of our dinner, I finally asked what happened to our appetizer and he told us that there was no more calamari.. That would've been nice to know at the beginning, not after we were finished with our main dish. On top of that, he didn't even offer to get us something else as a replacement. Not to mention, our waiter spent so much time attending a bigger party that he didn't even come to close out the bill, he had someone else come over to close it out. This was supposed to be a special day for my girlfriend and me as we were celebrating our 4 year anniversary and it didn't go well at all. On top of all of this, the little machine they give to pay glitched on me and automatically gave the waiter a 20% tip for no reason, he didn't deserve near 20%. Very ashamed of my experience at the Rusty Pelican as it was highly recommended... Maybe just caught them on a bad night but it is no excuse to treat customers the way they did for us. Also can't forget to mention that no one even bothered to call our name as we waited for our reservation and if it wasn't for OpenTable telling me that they canceled my reservation I would have never known.
