Nice view and nice food.
Guillermo was an excellent server. He made a great restaurant a great experience for all. He was engaging with the kids and made them feel welcome in an adult setting.
You should disclose on the menu that happy hour can't be outside, otherwise even better allow happy hour outside!!!!
Guillermo was our waiter and he was very attentive and friendly with professionalism customer service.
Had a wonderful night for my anniversary dinner. Unfortunately forgot the servers name but he was great. We were outside with the best view of Miami, but then it’s started raining and we were quickly moved to an inside table. We have seafood tower, salmon and ceviche. Great time!
Stunning views great service food board for two was just dreadful the fish was severely overcooked and the steak tasted like it came out of the microwave. I have had very good meals here before this one was extremely disappointing
Known for it’s beautiful views across the Bay to Miami. Recommend the fried snapper. Oysters are overpriced for what you get. Great classic mixed drinks. Annoying that you have a reservation, but still have to wait once you arrive. Valet parking was chaotic.
Our dinner was great and our server very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.
Only problem was as we were leaving my husband fell and no one from the staff assisted him. He was assisted by another customer. Totally unacceptable !
Fortunately it was not serious and not hurt. It could have been , he is 84 years old !!!
A wonderful experience
Food was not that good, LOBSTER AND SHRIMP RISOTTO didn’t taste like risotto just rice. My surf and turf Grilled Filet Mignon was well over cooked. The place is beautiful and great ambiance. The quality of the food for the price you pay is not good quality.
Nice place but food is overpriced . The servings are small . The staff is acceptable. The server was polite and good.
No volvería jamás !!!!
“Rasca Pelican” es mejor nombre
Una lástima !!!!!, se podría hacer algo mucho mejor en ese lugar con tan bonita vista.
Sunday brunch with a view! Great mood, great food!
The place is great I had the lobster Benedict’s which were ok not that great. The view is very good and great service.
Food was great as always. Love coming here with friends and family
Allyson was great. Food was great. First time dining here I didn't regret it at all.
The service was terrible. We waited forever for a waiter to take our order. We had no utensils or plates for the appetizer. The Calamari was overcooked and greasy. The meals we good, but not at the correct temperature. The Key Lime pie was terrible.
We spend about an hour for the appetizer, another hour for the entrees , the 2 cokes coming with the check, was a poor experience, just the valet parking was on time :(
Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. Had amazing service and attention. It was a special night since we had our wedding reception there 30 years ago. Thank you
We came for a special occasion. From the greeting to the servers we had nothing but rude comments and poor service. We drove an hour out of the way because we thought this would be the best place to celebrate. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.
Great experience, view, and food. Looking forward to be back in the future!
Variety of dishes to choose from while enjoying the great view😎
Our Waitress was fine. She was polite. We would have liked to have had a space heater, but none of the servers could oblige.
It was my first time at the Rusty Pelican. The food and the service were great. However for that kind of price I expect more ambience. It was so noisy you could hardly have a conversation. It had the charm of a foodhall in a train station. Very crowded, too. I won’t be returning.
Overall great...service was very very slow
Rude hostess but the rest of the staff was amazing! Great food great time (once you forget about the hostess who is obviously miserable with herself)!
Food was amazing and the views were breathtaking!:)
Great place with a really nice view. Really good service from Valentina. We ordered octopus, risotto and snapper. Tasty but the octopus was the best of all.
El mesero jorgue el cubano tremenda atención recomiendo el lugar 100 % gracias
Lovely views. Mediocre food.
This was my 3rd visit. Overall amazing experience as always. Started with a custom Manhattan that Dani made for me and then with our great server Lauren who it was very personable. A+
Our waitress Valentina was amazing! The view was relaxing and the food was awesome!
Food was great and service was fabulous the atmosphere is amazing!
Being told you have to wait 30 minutes when you have a reservation is nit acceptable
Then being seated inside the bar room when we told the hostess mi wife has earrings aids issues in noisy surroundings
Ruined our last evening in Miami and the food was not so great
The view was lovely from our table. Our server, Andrew, was exceptional. Oysters, Caesar salad were yummy. I loved the fried capers on my salad. Day Boat scallops with carrots, were wonderful. The whole snapper was amazing. Key Lime pie was circular, and yummy. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We love the Rusty Pelican. Consistently, excellent crafted cocktails; Wine Selections outstanding; Delicious cuisine. We have been eating here for 10 years because the food is consistently delicious, service consistently professional, and the best ambience in the city!
We were on vacation and golfing over in key Biscayne and saw that restaurant, so called and got a table outside. Amazing views over the water the food was outstanding and our waitress was incredible. A little pricey, but when you have that kind of experience you don’t mind spending extra money. We were in Miami for a week did a lot of outdoor dining, this was by far our favorite restaurant. It will be a definite do over next time we are down
Outstanding except music was a bit too loud.
Excellent food except fir the dessert not up too par .
Ulle was amazing! View cant be beat
