Always have great meals and great service. My 3 favorite meals are the sliders, strip steak and pan seared salmon. A great place to eat and like the Covid updates and precautions.
Everything was great. RUSTY BUCKET is always consistent
Reliable neighborhood eatery that has managed well during COVID. Wait staff is very friendly and the menu is simple but perfect on evenings we don’t care to cook.
Service was great, our server very friendly and the food was very yummy.
I would repeat
this was a perfect location for meeting for lunch with siblings coming from different directions. Plenty of nearby parking. Food was excellent, conversation was easy and comfortable, service was perfect!
Always good
Our waitress was outstanding and made our visit more enjoyable. Beer was not bad either!
Cincinnati 4way chili is always a good choice but this time is came out luke warm instead of piping hot. Still the taste was great, service was excellent and I will return. Always one of my favorite places to eat in the Columbus/Worthington area.
Outstanding food. Service was a little slow.
Great food from omellettes to appetizers to salad to rueben sandwich ... met with family from NC and Toledo and they were impressed ... outstanding waiter
Casual and homey, perfect for any day of the week (except Monday because they’re closed. Boo.) Excellent service from a happy staff, some of which have been there for years. Oh, and very good food! (Please bring back the ahi tuna wrap!)
Unfortunately this was a terrible and disappointing “dining” experience. Table wasn’t ready at time of the reservation, ok no big deal we waited 10 minutes. We sat for a bit before our server even greeted us and took our drink order. Drinks were even slower and our appetizer of shrimp never arrived, our server informed us they were running behind In the kitchen and they were getting some shrimp from another restaurant because they ran out. I said ok skip the shrimp, how long would we wait for dinner if we order now, she told us 30-45 minutes - we had already been there about 40 minutes!! We decided it was best to leave and grab dinner elsewhere. Worst of all we couldn’t even get out, we had to ask the hostess to get the manager to get us our check because our server was MIA!! Manager seemed to be hiding in the back as well, she also told us they were never out of shrimp and she could go back and grab it right away - wtf??
The whole place seemed a mess, staff running in all directions, phone ringing off the hook, several dirty tables needing bussed, people not getting food, people not getting any decent service. Not to mention I think their sole focus was on carry out, the amount of door dash orders/pick up orders I saw fly out that door in the time we were sitting waiting on a plate of shrimp was obnoxious.
Rusty Bucket Worthington completely dropped the ball, worst “dining” experience ever.
Sheala did great!
One of our favorites, they never let us down. Food is consistent. We ate on the patio and it was a lovey night to meet up with friends and have a good meal.
Anthony was a fantastic server. Love the new patio too
Great food and service as always!
We sat at our table for 15+ minutes, not one person, approached us.. we saw other people getting served, and we sat and finally decided to get up and leave. I honestly do not think anyone even noticed.. so who cares?
Great patio seating. All safety precautions in place
A long standing great spot for a dinner or lunch. Consistent and always a value with good people taking care of you.
This is so great to read! Thanks for the great feedback
The food and service were both great! It was so nice to be out with friends again.
My wife got the wrong burger and I was finished with my meal by the time she received the correct order. They gave us the burger for free and apologized, so we were satisfied. Our waitress and the manager were both friendly.
Overall good choice for a night out. Nice upgrade on patio space. Inside is still a little dated but comfortable. Staff was nice and attentive checking in regularly. Food was good but would like to see some expanded options on the menu.
Best chicken tenders around and topped with their honey mustard sauce, makes them even more incredible. Service was respectful of current heath concerns. Will not hesitate going back.
Service slow
Good was mediocre
Very sensitive to Covid issues
They finally have a vegan option...vegan fried rice power bowl! Yay! It was delish!
Great place. Great food. Attentive staff
Food was good. Hot. Promptly served. We had burgers they were cooked per our specifications. The waitress was prompt and courteous. Would go again
Sadly the menu has changed to an undistinguished tavern menu. Service was very slow, and the unique ambiance has drifted away. Too bad, it was a family and date night favorite for years.
Rusty Bucket food is consistently awesome! Our server was also fantastic. Only reason for lower rating was that we had a 7:15 reservation, and clearly they shouldn't have shown availability or mismanaged walk-ins, as we waited 40 minutes to be seated. We even opened ourselves up to two tables. There were at least 5 tables given up in front of us while we were standing there. Then when our table was actually ready, it took another 5 minutes and i had to ask if they were ready?
I made a reservation and we were seated the minute we walked in! I had requested a booth if available and that’s what we got. Very happy!
This Rusty Bucket is remodeling so atmosphere is not what it usually is. Continued great food and service. Our favorite local restaurant.
We are frequent visitors to this RB location. They recently changed their menu. There is no longer broccoli, carrots or applesauce. All my go to options for kids meal sides. The kids Mac and cheese is also different - sad noodles with melted velveeta is the best description. I tried it and it was THICK. Not a fan of these menu changes. Service is also just okay. Usually on the slower side and our to go orders are almost always wrong.
We chose this location because of its proximity to the highway for our dining partners. We were pleasantly surprised with the happy hour offerings--the Juicy Lucy burger for $5 was a great deal and was prepared very well! Our server could have been a lot more personable. She never smiled (not even once!) and most of our interactions with her were more terse than pleasant. She was thorough and worked efficiently to bring food and drinks, but very obviously wasn't enjoying her job. My rating would have been higher overall if we had been made to feel more welcome. My husband commented that he thought the overall attitude from the moment we walked in the door was similar to our server. Weird--we've had good service here before!
Always great service and good food at The Bucket. THe Worthington location suffers just a bit from a total lack of natural light and the chaos of outside construction, but is convenient and has an excellent staff.
Loved the beef stroganoff
The restaurant was very busy. But our service was very good with an attentive waiter. The food was also brought out in a timely manner. My only point of disappointment was that our burgers were over-cooked . They were ordered medium-rare and served well done.
The service was slow and she was rude. We waited for 20 minutes or drinks to arrive and 30 minutes to place our dinner order. Love the Buckets, but not the Worthington location.
We went on New Years Eve and were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Service was good but our food took forever. There were lots of grub hub orders from the bar but shouldn’t customers sitting in the restaurant come first. Then when we did get our food, quality was not up to par. My fish was cold and soggy, my sons pizza was cold. Then my husband had to wait 10 more minutes for his pizza and they didn’t leave off the onions as he requested. We were afraid to send any back because we were starving and it took so long the first time.
