Rusty Bucket - Rookwood
Food was nothing special. Fries were very soggy
Both seats were really uncomfortable as if someone broke them
Very good sports bar type restaurant. Burger and drinks were good
It took over 30 minutes to get our food.
Not very crowded that evening, but always good.
Our waiter missed ordered our appetizer, but did make sure our drinks were full.
Service was excellent. Large menu with large portions.
The place is great with kids.
Sat outside, nice evening, good food, great service!
Always a good experience and the comfort food is 👌
Food was great place was good but the sever was not that good did not get refills had to ask other severs and never checked up on us
Had a great Mother's Day at Rusty Bucket! Thanks friendly staff!
good!! the food was really good and the service was nice!
Server was awesome! Food so-so. Seasoned fries were VERY salty. Club sandwich was bland. Needed a creamier Mayo possibly. Kind of a dry sandwich.
We were in town for an event and decided to give this place a try. The server seemed in a rush and never refilled my wife’s tea, which we found odd because they were far from busy. Both meals were bland. My burger was overcooked (medium should have a slight pink center) and dry and the bun was heavy and dry. The fish in my wife’s Baja tacos was overcooked and the “cabbage slaw” actually lettuce. The only good points were that the manager took our initial drink order because the sever was tied up and since we don’t live here we won’t have to drive by the place frequently and comment to ourselves to keep driving.
They comped our meal because I had mentioned that it was my wife and my last date before her knee replacement.
Very nice staff. Good is good. We had a good time.
We were there for lunch, they were surprisingly not very busy compared to our last luncheon there. As always food and service was excellent. I recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich as well as the salmon filet salad.
Always a great place for lunch or dinner with very reasonable prices.
The fish and chips were good, as was the service. However, the beer list was very limited, which was disappointing. There is a much better selection across the road at BJ's. Also, I was disappointment that a side salad could not be a substituted side for a slight upgrade in price. Likewise, the 'dinner salad' was close to $7. Too pricey for lettuce on a plate.
I usually enjoy eating here. But we had a serious problem with fruit flies around our table. Connor our sever was awesome and took great care of us.
The atmosphere made for a perfect evening. Very relaxing. Waitress was exceptional. Very personable. Didn't feel rushed. Our conversation was NOT continually interrupted by the server which is a rare treat!
Great place for a pregame meal with good food and service. Love the blackened salmon salad and the local.beers on tap.
The overall experience was excellent. Really only complaint I have is the host. For some reason she felt like she had to repeat herself about our seating situation. It got pretty annoying and any human being can understand not being about to put a high chair at a high top table. After that though everything was amazing. My server was fast, detailed, and we didn't wait on anything.
Fish and chips was plentiful and delicious! I used their wasabi and mayo dip instead of the tartar and that is a must try combo
It is in a convenient location in the Cincinnati area. We met a group before the Xavier game. Food was good, although a few items were served to the wrong people. Their Trio lunch is a great value.
We ended up with 4 additional people and they accomodated us without a problem - service was quick and he checked on us regularly
Fish and chips were pretty good.
Good waiter.... hot food...good burgers....nice portions
Had a great time. Food was very good and we had a wonderful table.
Always good!! Like taking grandkids here for New Years Eve. Hard to find a place they all like, they all were happy with their food.! Great service!!
Very accommodating, even when a member of our large party requested to be moved from a booth to a table. Service, food, and atmosphere were great!
We enjoyed it very much. The service was very courteous and efficient. Since we were not rushed, we were able to catch up with each other.
Nice evening with a friendly waiter. He did have trouble separating our bill so after the second time we just figured it out on our own. Overall he was very friendly and had very good suggestions when we asked.
We went for Happy Hour before a theater visit, and were very pleasantly surprised by the offerings. Brittney was our server, and she was/is wonderful. Wine, pizza, and dessert were all provided as advertised. We were ahead of the crowd (not very busy on a Tuesday) and it was a perfect dinner for us.
We enjoy excellent meals always at the Bucket always. This is a restaurant we recommend.
Small portions for high price! The waiter was friendly and prompt
Love the Rusty Bucket - varied menu, so someone can find something they will love. Can eat healthy if you wish it's a great menu and not just bar food.
We always have good service there - I don't know how they do it but they've never failed!
A pretty consistent place for casual food. This time wasn't as good as usual --- they were out of Blue Moon and the blackened fish tacos were overcooked, but still pretty good.
Rusty Bucket is a well ran friendly place to visit. Food was excellent!
