Rusty Bucket - Liberty Center
First time at this location doubt if I go back. Food was not very good. Fries came out cold. Service just ok.
Great service as usual.
Great food. Great servers.
Food was delicious. Our wait staff was excellent...very attentive and anticipated our needs.
Service was EXCELLENT and we appreciated our being able to bring in a birthday cake.
Good food and good service. Dinner before 6 pm they have half price appetizers, half price pizzas and $5 Juicy Lucy burgers. Great deal and that was our dinner. The Juicy Lucy was excellent, a double cheeseburger with grilled onions. Will do again.
Our waitress was awesome despite the large crowd. She was prompt and polite.
There was hair in our food. The server wasn’t very attentive and it wasn’t even busy at this point in time (4 PM).
I love the Rusty Bucket. The food is always delicious, no matter what I order. The salmon is superb. Service is always great. The wait is never too long. I go often and would recommend the Rusty Bucket to everyone.
Our waiter, Christian, was AMAZING. Very friendly and ON TOP OF IT! We never had to request a refill. Checked several times to make sure everything came out correctly and tasted good.
We went there for Mother’s Day. We had a reservation and we were seated almost immediately. Our server was great! Food took a little while to get there and I did not care for the fish and chips. But everyone else liked their food . We had plenty of space and the temperature was just right (most restaurants freeze you out) Enjoyable experience.
Fast and courteous service!!! Good food reasonably priced.
We went for the first time today for Mother’s Day. The service was very good. We asked for recommendations for the most ordered and the waitress’s favorites, which we followed. The food was mediocre to poor because it was greasy, lacked seasoning, and the fried cod and chicken had very little to no flavor.
Our server was excellent. Our food took forever and came out lukewarm.
Going to Funny Bone show next door...
Food very good. Table next to us was way too loud!!! Not the fault of the restaurant though.
Jonathan was our waiter and did a wonderful job. The food was great and we had a great time.
Birthday, it was our daughter-in-law’s birthday and we had a good time and good service.
Met with friends for lunch and made a reservation on open table. We were sat at a table right where everyone was walking and it was quite awkward. Our server seemed as if she didn’t have time for our group. We had to catch her as she walked by to order drinks, appirivers and our meal. She never came back for drink refills. My son and husbands bbq chicken salad was terrible and the chicken seemed like someone grabbed it out of the cooler fro an uncovered bin and threw it on the salad. The chicken was cold, hard and dry. My taco salad was not good at all. Taco Bell serves a better taco salad. It was a flat half Burt tortilla with dried out beans and beef on it with shredded lettuce on top. I asked for salsa so I could drown it so it was edible. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert and even had to ask to get our checks so we could leave.
I’m so disappointed. I guess next time we meet for lunch we will go to Coopers Hawk next door, Brio or Cheesecake Factory.
We met family members on a Sunday for lunch. Our waitress, Parker, did a great job. Everyone was very happy with their meal. Thank you.
My 7 year old wanted to have his birthday dinner there. They were great all around. There were 6 of us, so it took a little time to get everyone settled and ordered. Our server, Liz, was wonderful and patient. The food came out and was great (burgers, fish and chips, ahi tuna wrap, kids Mac n cheese and kids pizza). Dessert was great too and they brought a lot candle out in my son’s brownie sundae. I would highly recommend it and thank you Rusty Bucket for a great birthday.
Enjoyed our dinner.
The food and experience was very good while we were there, but my date and I both got very sick afterward. It's just too greasy for both of us to handle.
Great food and service. Love the half price apps and pizza and burger specials!
Our server was awesome!!
We wanted a casual dinner at Liberty Center after a long week. Service, food, drinks, atmosphere and prices were just perfect for our family!
Our server was Liz. She was FANTASTIC. There were 12 of us at the table, she got every order correct. That doesn't happen often with a large group. She was always checking on us to make sure we had drinks or needed anything else!
Perfect for dining before going to the Funny Bone.
We had a good time during our visit. We had made a reservation for 7:30 for 15 people and they were on time with seating us. I will say that the room that they put is in was on the warm side. We asked twice to see if the air could be adjusted but unfortunately the said that the air was broke. (We were there a couple months ago and had the same issue) Food was great, but service was a little slow. We placed appetizer orders but then did not have our food order taken until the appetizers came out so there was a long wait between appetizers and dinner. All of the food came out correct and the checks were split correctly and that is half the battle when you have a big group. All in all we had a great time!
This is one of our favorite spots in the West Chester area! The service is always excellent-- very polite and accommodating. The bar area is phenomenal and the bartenders are always on point. Food has always been excellent as well!
Casual and comfortable
Love that they have an outdoor space for summer but the food was disappointing, and our waitress was hard to find.
Great service! Nice people!
Recommend to anyone and everyone.
Great place for a first or not first date!
Manager was a little sassy! Server was fantastic.
Service was sub per for even for Bar food, server was clueless and if New should have not been by her self.
Good first dining experience.
