Excellent service from Mikki. My go to blackened salmon salad was fabulous as always. Ordered it well done and it was cooked perfectly. The salad it had all kinds of yumminess from the bits of kale and shaved Brussels sprouts to the fennel , goat cheese and delicious dressing. Oh and walnuts too. I miss the candied pistachios that used to be in this salad but it still rocks.

They were busy but service was terrific. Ordered my fave - blackened salmon salad. Ample portion of salmon perfectly cooked. Salad had all kinds of goodness - shaved Brussels sprouts, fennel and candied pistachios. The dressing is incredible. My husband got the fish sandwich which was a bit well done but tasty. B

We go to the Rusty Bucket 3 or 4 times a month . But here lately the food just hasn’t been up to their usual standard . I had fish last night and it had know taste , the onion rings were different than what the usually had , my husband had salmon which he said was good but the green beans looked liked they were burnt in places and he said they had bitter taste . I hope things improve because we really do like the restaurant .

We were seated quickly and the server was attentive and polite. Food selections were good and our meals were very good. Nothing super special, but nothing to complain about. It was a very good experience. We'd go back again.

Nice place, reasonable prices. Waitress seemed distracted, forgot several items, never got drinks refilled even though we asked again. Fries were lukewarm, like they had been reheated, and quesadillas had little cheese. Onion rings were very good, though.

We are frequent visitors to Cap City Gahanna. Out service is usually good, but this evening was just the Best! Our Server was Kyley. Not only her service excellent, she was very warm and has such a lovely smile! Being Fathers day, the noise was a bit much! My husband got a Burger, and I the Chicken; also Apple pie a la Mode!! Thank you, The Worley's

Burgers are always good, french fries were cold and the portion of onion rings is very small for the additional cost. Service was excellent, Autumn was pleasant, attentive and very friendly.

We had a reservation and everything was on time. Server was great. Food was quick, correct and to our liking. The place got very loud quickly as people piled in, I wish there was more space between the round tables. But it was cool. Everything was great... However, I know the economy is up right now but the chicken wings were overpriced for the quality. But still good.

We had a great time, however there was a squeaking that kept happening back where we were. At first we thought it was a chair, but it wasn’t. It was so loud at times it made it hard to carry on conversation

My friend and I enjoy getting out to eat,share,and relax. We go out once a month either for breakfast,lunch, or dinner. This month we chose Rusty Bucket in Gahanna;it was a great choice, I had a pizza, my friend had fish and chips. We both had the chocolate cake for desert, all was so amazingly good. The server Precious was on point with her duties, the restaurant was clean and very peaceful ,surprisingly for a restaurant ( yes plenty of people were there). I will be going back!

We always love going to Rusty Bucket, we do not live close to one so do not get to go as much as we would like to. Please consider Hebron, Ohio area for your next store. Jason I did not see Wed, however, I have talked to him and he has been very helpful, he is a very kind person. Makes me want to go to Gahanna store only! Perhaps you all build one out our way, Jason could be manager then would be perfect! Thank you, Deborah Ratcliff

Love to frequent the bar - Pine Fin is my favorite! My husband loves the 32 oz beer. Really cold! Lots of variety in the menu, however, I wish they would bring the shrimp scampi back!

The lighting in the bar area is all over the place. Some dim lights, some super bright lights. I just feel the ambience could have been better for sure with better lighting. That may seem petty, but it really does make a difference. My boyfriends meal was cold when it came out (meatloaf/mashed potatoes). They fixed it. The server was very friendly however so that was nice.

It was unexpectedly busy for a Sunday afternoon but with that said I haven't been out in a while. Our waitress was great the food was very good. Had a very nicely done steak with salad, broccoli done to perfection and a really yummy verging on sweet coleslaw. *I only real complaint is ....we had reservations and still we got set at the highest traffic area for the staff in the entire restaurant. They put us directly in the path of the kitchen and the silverware station. There were only two small booth there and when being seated we could see the other side of the half wall that there were many tables available why we got set there I don't know. Maybe they didn't want us taking up the table that was for more than two? But we saw other singular couples being sat at larger tables. Both of the booths were barely big enough for two, which is what we were but when we plan ahead make a reservation spend the level of money that we spend I expect a better seat. They maybe could even pull those booths out and turn it more into a working station because it was the traffic . The food was excellent, the service was great very bad seats

This was the first time I went online to reserve a table before our arrival. It was so great to arrive and be shown to our table and not have to wait in line!!!!! Thank you! We enjoy the Rusty Bucket and their Double Nickel Salad with fried chicken!!!

The waitress was extremely rude by ignoring our table. It was only me and my son. We definitely felt singled out! I just wanted to leave but didn’t want my son to see me upset. I will just not spend money somewhere that hires individuals with bias views on people based on skin.

It was a good meal. I wasn’t expecting to sit in the bar area with a reservation for dinner. It was to be a quiet talking evening, not watching 2021 football game on a giant TV.
