    Kristina who waited on our table was wonderful. She was quick with our order and drinks even though the restaurant was really busy. Plus she stayed on top of our needs throughout our meal and afterwards. She made dinner a fun experience!!

    Food was well prepared with an above average taste and overall quality. Food was brought to the table within a reasonable amount of time. Our waitress was great with a happy demeanor. I’d come and eat again at the Rusty Bucket!

    We arrived at 5:30 and took advantage of Happy Hour. All was excellent except it took at least 30 minutes to get our food. Would definitely go back.

    Was planning on ordering their poke bowl but they removed it from the menu which was disappointing. Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich which was great as always but the french fries were overly salted.

    I went for the fish and chips, and it didn't disappoint. Was yum! Our whole party enjoyed the food, it was good... little pricey... four of us walked out and I spent $140 for lunch... four meals, an appetizer, two beers and a strawberry lemonade, each meal was pretty much $20, but it was Mother's Day, sooooo :)

    It took more than 1/2 h for service at our table. Husband had to go to the bartender to ask if we could have a waitress at our table. Meanwhile , other tables were being waited on.

    OSU graduation day! We were thrilled when we were able to make reservations on very short notice. We were accommodated in every way. My in laws arrived 45 minutes before our reservation and the restaurant accommodated. My biggest fear was not making it in time for the reservation. The rest of us made it 45 min later and we were accommodated. Our order was quickly taken and drinks and food came out promptly. It was delicious. Everyone loved their food. Thank you so much for making our meal so good on this very special day. We were so hungry and thirsty from such a long commencement. OH!

    Sometimes lately, it’s been a bit spotty when it comes to the service. However, we had Truman for our server and he is definitely a professional and does a great job. Maybe that helped make the food taste even better. I had the Philly cheesesteak and my wife, the chili and both were delicious as well as the drinks.

    My husband and I had a reservation for Saturday night. We were seated on the enclosed patio which was very loud with several big groups and bad acoustics. Unfortunately since we were away from the main dining area service was spotty and we waited a while for drinks. Dinner came out within 5 minutes of our appetizer, which meant our dinner sat on the table getting cold while we ate the other food. Oh well. The food was fine but the noise and poor service will make us choose another restaurant next time.

    Our table was all set up and ready for us! Our waitress and waiter were super nice. We ordered the kids food first so it came out first. They were so quick!! Everything was delicious! Chicken tenders, kids taco, Baja tacos, double nickel salad, fries, sweet potato fries, Buffalo chicken sandwich, spinach queso dip- everything was absolutely wonderful!

    Wow. That was probably the worst service I had in a long time. Sat down and watched 12 staff passes by our table without a word. Had to basically grab a server to get her attention. After which it just continued. I don’t see a reason to ever return

    I'm glad we made reservations. We were in town for birthday celebrations. We ate here on my 7 yo sons birthday. He got a free dessert. The food in general was hot and cooked just right. Taste was fantastic. My husband especially loved the fish. We will eat again! Thank you!

    The Rusty Bucket offers sandwiches and more in a pleasant neighborhood-bar setting. The food always is fine. On this night, we had meat loaf and chicken parmesan. The restaurant does not suffer from the personnel shortages that some places deal with, making for quick and attentive service. Our only complaint about this visit is a reflection of a trend we have seen in other restaurants: We were barely halfway through our salads when the entrees came out. It can't be that hard to figure out how to time service so that one course isn't served until after the previous one has been finished.

    We had our usual nice night at the Bucket. You can count on quality food and really friendly, solid service. A pitcher of margaritas for my table mates went over well.

    our waiter took our drink orders and then didn't come back for 35 minutes. we flagged down a manager and she was super awkward about it. we didn't want anything free or anything but nobody apologized. food was fine.

    Christmas lunch and exchange with family. Waiter was not very friendly or patient. He did provide everything we needed but on his own schedule. He brought our checks before we were half done with our food and didn’t offer dessert. We had to wave him over to order dessert and drink refills. Food was very good and price was appropriate for the food we received.
