Fun place for dinner and watching the game. Good onion soup and overdressed wedge salad. Good burger and slightly underseasoned fried pork sandwich. Good fries and beer selection. Very good service.
Slow service. Bad chicken. Was sad bc i love me some bucket
Damon dinner was outstanding especially the rice never had that before, the fish & chips were disappointing size of the fish was much smaller then we had before figure that may be due to the pandemic.
Food and service was excellent! It was so nice to get out.
It was our first real dining out after covid and restaurant was great. Had a very nice time with friends
Service was fantastic. They did an excellent job with social distancing. I was unaware that they had a limited menu but everything was great.
A very casual lunch with friends. Our service was outstanding as always and the food met all our expectations. A comfortable meeting place over food and/or cocktails!
Horribly slow service. Ordered drinks and food together at 6:40 yet drinks alone didn’t come to our table until 7:05, and food came four minutes later at 7:09. A hot mess!
Very good food, excellent service.
We love the Bucket.
Thank you to the team at Rusty Bucket Upper Arlington for the amazing experience!
Appetizers did not come before meals. All food was lukewarm, at best. We did not send food back as we had a time restriction. Waiter did not refill waters or other beverages. Also, the bathroom had no changing facilities. For a restaurant that is “kid friendly” this would be a must!
Service was very bad. We had to wait for our food and when it arrived it was lukewarm. Obviously had been sitting for some time under a warming light. This was the worst experience at a Rusty Bucket we have ever had.
Our family loves Rusty Bucket Upper Arlington! The food is delish, service was great, and we love the location. Rusty Bucket recently added some new items to the menu that we tried and everything was so good!
We have been to several Rusty Bucket locations throughout the years; however, this location is definitely the best!! Our meals were delicious. Our server (Hannah) was wonderful. She had a great attitude and always had a smile on her face. Many thanks for a nice evening and great dining experience.
Awful! Wine was over priced. Portions were small and not tasteful. All other locations are better!
Love their hamburgers!!!! Also like the new menu and selections
Friendly staff and great service. :)
Only disappointment.. they got rid of the roasted carrots. Those were really good!!!
Nice comfortable casual restaurant with good food and attentive service. Always enjoy the Rusty Bucket whenever we go.
I thought the breakfast with Santa was very well planned.
Really good food, nice atmosphere and really friendly servers.
First time at Rusty Bucket, I thought the service was really good and the waiter kept us in the loop on everything and even when drinks were to slow to come out, he was proactive in letting us know. The food was good and its pub grub, so our expectations were not high.
Great time with family. We had reservations and the table was perfectly situated in a corner so we felt comfortable and heard each other well. The food and service was great considering the crowd. We would highly recommend.
Very good food and service, the whole staff, especially our waitress, Amanda, were very nice and attentive!
Had family in from out of town and wanted to have a fun evening grabbing a casual bite. Made the reservation early in evening. We were seated on the patio, which was cool and very LOUD. Felt like it was the kids center.
Between the heaters, blowers and kids could hardly hear.
We have visited several Rusty Buckets in the past and always had a good experience. This was a first time for many of our family and unfortunately the food was not up to par. Quite disappointing, but the service was good.
We love the food at Rusty Bucket , especially the burgera
Rusty Bucky at Lane Avenue did an outstanding job serving meals quickly and getting bills to customers before a major event at Schottenstein Arena.
Way too noisy for me and we were there early @ 5:30. Liked the food. Service was so-so.
Very accommodating for a large group for an away OSU football watch party!! Great service and food!
Great service. Really enjoyed my dish—the quinoa salad with chicken. Very accommodating for a business meeting. Thank you!
Had a fantastic time catching a college football game with a friend. Our server, Reginald, could not have been more friendly or attentive. He had great recommendations, timing with refills, and wry sense of humor. The food was, as always, really good (haven't had a bad dish before and you certainly can't go wrong with pot-stickers, beer cheese burger, and buffalo chicken sandwich with side of sweet chili sauce). Left satisfied and will definitely go back to catch another game.
Server was very nice and receptive. Just slow -way out on patio. I think. Steak was under cooked. They quickly fixed.
Excellent- but I expected no
less. Rusty Bucket Arlington is
definitely the Flag Ship location, in all respects.
Food and service were very good. Seated immediately with Open Table reservation, especially since we arrived early
Wonderful time with a friend at dinner. Steak was one of the best I've had and the broccoli was perfectly cooked and not overdone. We ate on the patio so the noise level was pleasant and allowed us to converse easily. If we had been inside the noise level would have made it more difficult. I'll readily return in the future.
First Timer - Food took a little longer than I would have expected. Not a fan of Gary's Famous Margarita. Overall it was a good experience and we had a good waitress. I did like the ease of reserving a table.
Our waiter seemed a little, okay more than a little overwhelmed and maybe even frustrated because drinks were taking about 20-30 minutes to be ready. Food was good but took a really long time to hit the table. And for a Saturday night it really wasn’t that busy so not sure how everything seemed to be out of whack.
We took our two young grandsons out to dinner at the Rusty Bucket. We ordered their food first and it came out first since they were hungry. One of them had a hamburger and the other ordered the Mac n Cheese kids meals. They both liked their food but proclaimed that they were still hungry after their meal. Possibly the portions were a bit small for a 7 and 8 year old. I ordered the fish n chips with their delicious garlic green beans instead of the fries. Our main complaint that evening was the waitress. My husband described her as "jumpy" when she took our order, but I just saw her as in a total hurry and extremely non observant of our needs. When we return we will certainly not sit in her section again.
Good inexpensive food for quick dinner
We went for Mother’s Day brunch. All the other places I looked into weren’t taking any more reservations, but I was able to make a reservation at Rusty Bucket. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but service was slow anyway. We sat for quite awhile after ordering.
