    I had an upset stomach after eating appetizers at your restaurant. Something I ate was spoiled - maybe the mayonnaise on the brussel sprouts? I just wanted to update everyone on my present condition -8/2. I am fine and I am very impressed with Rusty Bucket’s Customer Service. The manager of the Easton restaurant called me personally and will refund the money I spent on my meal. I will certainly eat at this restaurant the next time I am in Columbus!

    The food wasn’t right we sent a order back twice, the drinks were too sweet we sent those back my noodles tasted like dishwashing liquid the only thing that was good was the water n cheese sauce I would never go there again they gave us a free desert and it was a liquid strawberry shortcake JUST GROSS

    Today I had the best server. She was so patient with us while my guests were late to arrive. She continued to check on me the entire time I was waiting and brought me ice tea and water. Finally everyone arrived and she was so attentive and kind. I would go back to the restaurant just to sit in her section and thank her again.

    I was a bit worried when we first got to the restaurant as the hostess was not that friendly, but Tia our waitress more than made up for it! Tia was AMAZING! Food and drinks were good as well! We'd go back

    We were seated by the door. When making reservations you have the idea you will be seated in a nice area since your making a reservation. That is not the case the front door never stayed shut because people were in and out. (Its winter...). Waitress did not come by to check on us. We were told she had 9 tables which was not allowing her to give the best service.Food was not not great. Our expectations were set by the gahanna lovation so we were disappointed. Overall could have been a better experience.
