Finally got around to trying this place, very mediocre. Have been to other locations and had better experience. I wish you good luck and success but I won’t be back.
Chose heated patio by fireplace. Was great except for road noise. Staff was great!

Lincoln our server was outstanding!! His attitude, whit and attentive manner made the evening most enjoyable! The chocolate martini (not on the menu) was absolutely hands down the BEST I’ve had! A must add to the menu! Although my burger was not cooked to my liking when originally served, it was quickly remedied.
We ate on the patio. The service and great, and the waiter kept us updated on when Happy Hour was ending. 1/2 appetizers and pizzas at Happy Hour!
Rusty Bucket is following the trend of putting hot peppers in food that doesn't need it. When did spinach dip start to include jalapenos?
Other than an appetizer that we couldn't eat, dinner was good. The server was attentive and friendly.

Rusty Bucket does an excellent job following COVID protocols, which has kept me coming back each week. The servers are knowledgable and friendly. I love the chicken fingers and fries and I've been enjoying exploring the rotating beer selection.
Good food, comfortable atmosphere and top notch service. Although we live closer to other locations, the Clintonville Rusty Bucket has become our go to destination. Allison took good care of us, as usual.

I had never been out to the patio. It is very nice. There was a table that came in and it took me a minute to realize one of the teenagers had special needs, thus explained the few outbursts. It was fine and was happy that his family included him. Not a problem at all, but thought worth mentioning as he was treated very well by staff. 5 stars on that front. Had a great time and our server was really nice!

We sat on the patio and I did not think it was very clean. It took over 25 minutes to get our meal.
This is my favorite Rusty Bucket. I love the enclosed patio. It so pleasant looking out on High Street. The food is consistently good. The service is great.

When we arrived, we were the only people, except for two people at the bar. We ordered, then waited over an hour for our food. Food was just ok.
Ate outside as the restaurant was extremely cold. The service was a little slow in getting the food considering there was not a lot of people there.
Table on the patio. Food was good. Steak had to be sent back not cooked enough. Service was spectacular. Chase is such a good server. Attentive, knows our order, pleasant and always helpful. I continually ask for him.
The food was fantastic and the service was above and beyond! We could tell that the staff was happy that we were there!!
The only thing I wish they would have had was their pick two. I know that the menu is smaller but that was always a nice feature.

Great place for a family gathering. Wide variety of menu items, so something for everyone.
Worst service we have ever experienced at a Rusty Bucket or maybe any restaurant. Our server literally took our order and brought our bill. Nothing in between. Never checked on us and never refilled drinks. My husband and daughter went without drinks for their entire meals, until another staff member noticed they had nothing to drink. By then, they were done eating.

Have always enjoyed eating at The Bucket, but this visit was likely the best we've had. We both had the Hoosier Daddy pork tenderloin sandwich (my wife and I are both Indiana natives), and they are wonderful. And we started with the Brussels Sprouts appetizer, which was nothing short of a revelation. Mind you, we both like Brussels sprouts, but this appetizer is good enough it will make converts of all those folks who think they don't like Brussels sprouts. Take my word for it!

FOOD WAS GOOD. IT TOOK LONGER THAN WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE TO GET OUR FOOD. ORDERED PIZZA, CAULIFLOWER & BRUSSEL SPROUTS . SEEMED LIKE IT WAS ABOUT 25-30 MIN TO GET FOOD.
We had to wait about 15 mins even though we had a reservation, otherwise it was good.
