Great value even though the menu is temporarily limited.

Love this place, hope they can get back to the full menu soon, missed some of my favorite items

The greeter could not find my reservation. I had to show her on my phone. She said the manager must have deledted it. The waitress took a long time to bring us our drinks and our food. It was not busy.

Service was slow had to ask server for bill and drink 3 different times We love rusty bucket but it certainly was not crowded on Friday night and we felt service was slow

We love this place. The hostess is so friendly and I love her positive attitude. Our server was phenomenal. He suggested the blackened salmon and it was to die for. This little place does get the attention it deserves. We will frequent this place at least once a week from now on. I really enjoyed both times, I dined there.

Good food, attentive server, nice atmosphere, prices are ok

This place, although not that long here at this location needs some love. The booth we were put into has seats which need replacement of the seating surface. One cushion was torn open. The other was well worn and about to. The big screen directly over this booth is annoyingly big and changes the lighting whilst seated there. Service as pretty good, although the bar service needed another set of hands to keep pace. My chicken sandwich was okay, this is was/is a Rusty Bucket favorite. Too much batter and the sauce was nothing more than a typical Buffalo type used for chicken wings in lot of other places. The Rubin had some nice Corned Beef but the bread did not need so much oil. We'll think twice before coming here again.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is already wonderful, as is the staff, and the atmosphere. The pricing is perfect!

Wonderful server, but took an hour to get our food due to a backup in the kitchen. Frickles were good, as was the nickel salad! Our server was so kind and the ambiance was great for a date. Despite it being busy, we could still talk.

Great food and service! Our waitress was friendly and the order was perfect.

Just wish the place wasn’t so noisy. Structural issue - everything else was great !

Experience was fine. One in our party didn’t enjoy her food.

Service was excellent from the time we entered RB until we left the restaurant. Our server was polite, attentive and professional. The meals were tasty and filling. We plan to visit again in the near future. And yes, we will share our experience with our family, friends and co-workers.

Great service from our waiter and another who refilled our water glasses. Friendly hostess. Food was great.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. It does get a bit loud.

Your food is always so good and the restaurant was a bit busy however one of my chicken strips was not fully cooked. 4 were great and I just wanted to let the team know. Everything else was lovely. Our poor waitress had a larger party and complex orders and we waited a bit but understood not her fault she really looked like only one working a large section and many tables.

Everything was great. The service and friendliness of the staff was even better. The birthday dinner that I planned was a success because of them. Thank you!

Dinner was excellent with a fantastic server, Derek. We were a part yof 4. Three of us had the salmon with sticky rice, we all agreed would order again. The other had the meatloaf and also said it was delicious. First time, not the last time we will be dining here.

Unfortunately food took about 40 minutes to receive after ordering at lunchtime. It was obvious that the kitchen was the issue and I felt terrible for our waitress. My dish came out lukewarm which was quite a surprise after having waited that long But, I had no time to wait for a new dish.

Fortunately, Rusty Bucket did the right thing and comped our meal. That is notable and as a result, we will certainly return for a “do over”. Thank you.

Beautiful Everything.....My server Treasa was amazing....

They have a wonderful drink there which is similar to a grape martini. It was no longer on the menu but the server asked the bartender and she was kind enough to make it for us! The drinks were fabulous and the food was great. We had a great time and appreciated the exceptional service.

it was my first time here - it was very nice - the food delicious - service great (Stephanie) so was the gentleman at the front taking the reservations ...

They ask if anyone has food allergies and when I made my reservation I asked to be placed in a quiet area b/c my Dad is hard of hearing. They were very accomodating. Loved it!

High-top table I reserved was not available. If there not going to reserve then they should not participate in program.

Took way too long during lunch

Our hostess was rude when we asked for a high chair. I understand rules and regulations but the way she addressed us with her tonality and body language was very unprofessional. She also had an attitude and didn’t give me my open table points and I learned that my reservation was cancelled even though I was clearly dining at the establishment.

Food is great service is good however it takes too long to get the food and on lunch it deters from visiting because of the time restraints
