The chilled salmon and onion ice cream with marinated ikura and the steamed green mussels in white wine make delicious starters to your meal.                                                                                                                                 予算に合わせて出していただきました。お肉も柔らかいし、付け合わせも美味しいし、言うことなしです！味付けは薄目で、自分で卓上のものや付け合わせで、調節できるのもいい！ワインも美味しくて、みな大満足でした。ごちそう様でした！！

                                                                                                                                友人とのランチで伺いました（合計4名） ランチのコースを頼み、4人でメインを別々のものにし、シェアしていただきました。 お肉はラムも牛もとっても美味しく、ラザニアも美味しかったです。 ワインは量をいただいたので（4人で赤を2本）、値段は高くついてしまいましたが、満足です。

                                                                                                                                やはりここは安定していますね。 肉質、焼き具合、見せ方、どれをとってもなかなかです。 ワインもリーズナブルなものから揃っていて、お財布にも優しいです。 月に一度は行きたいお店です。 特にお気に入りはラム。是非召し上がってみてくだい。

                                                                                                                                この日は家族で伺いました。メニューを選ぶ際も適度にアシストして下さり過不足なく注文が出来ました。赤身のお肉はラムもビーフもとってもジューシーでお肉の旨味を堪能出来ます。特にニュージーランド産のお肉がこの日は美味しく感じました。もちろん状態は日によって違うと思いますがその辺りもご提案いただけると思います。お肉以外にもオイスター、付け合せ、パンに至るまで隙なしの満足いくお味です。

                                                                                                                                土曜日にディナーで行きました。ワカヌイも行ったことがあり、こちらも気になっていたので主人と二人で行きました。ラムが苦手な私ですが、ワカヌイもこちらも臭みが全くなく頂くことができました。ラム特有の香りが好きな人には物足りないかもしれません。量もちょうど良く、ラムとテンダーロインのハーフ、前菜はオイスターとトスサラダ、付け合わせは空芯菜のソテーにしました。デザートにはこちらでも口コミにあったヌガーにしましたが、かなりヒット！！硬くて甘いだけのイメージだったのですが、甘すぎずドライフルーツの食感も感じられ、美味しいヌガーでした。少人数で行くならオススメです。

                                                                                                                                大好きなWAKANUI出身のGMが独立してオープンしたお店ということで、前から気になっていた同店。WAKANUIに比べると、もう少しコンパクトに（たぶん３０名前後）、よりシックに、でもかしこまりすぎてもいなく、個人的には好きな空気感で、はやくも２回行ってしまいました。 肝心のMENUですが、WAKANUIっぽいものもあれば、新しく追加されたと思われるものもあり、良いバランスだと思いました。２回目に行った際は、牡蠣からはじまり、サラダ、いくつかの前菜を経て、ワカヌイスプリングラム＆テンダーロインをいただきました。 冒頭の牡蠣＆おすすめのシャブリで、かなりテンションがあがる。 そして、ラム。絶妙なピンクの断面とジンファンデルではやくも昇天です。 最後は、肉汁したたるやわらかーいテンダーロイン。 言う事ないけど、個人的には熟成肉は東京都内にライバルも増えてきて、レベルが高いお店も多くなってきただけに、ラムが印象に残った。味はもちろん、CPも良い。 そして、そして、、、個人的には最後に食べたヌガーが最高に美味かった。 これも、日本ではなかなか美味しいものに出会えない一品。ナッツとクリームのマリアージュが最高にお酒ともあうデザートです。 ごちそうさまでした。
