    Food is always good here and service too. Been coming here for years. Only disappointing experience I've ever had, was from last night. My only issue was that it took 20 mins to receive one cocktail from the bar when it wasn't even busy. Besides that, everything was great. Only reason I wrote this review is because I was sent an email asking for my experience.

    We all had a great experience. The food was outstanding , compliments to the Chef. {We will definitely return). The service was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This was our first time and definitely will not be the last. Cheers to Rust Bistro for providing and exceptional experience.

    Normally an amazing over and above evening at Rust, this time, not so much. Cheese crochets ok, short ribs great, arctic char barely ok. Service ok

    Everything was perfect except for the music that was a little to loud, it was hard to understand each other talking. Food was excellent and so was the service. We will be back for sure.

    Really great restaurant. Food is expensive but for a special occasion we didn't mind. Service was really good too. Cocktail menu superb and really well crafted. Definitely worth booking a table as it is busy. We sampled cauliflower app, and cheese ball, and for mains steak frites, filet, short ribs and burgers. All exceptional with great flavours. We also tried the delicious brussel sprouts side which had just the right amount of chilli. Overall superb, needs a lighter menu options as well to encourage more frequent visits for an evening.

    First time a Rust after driving past it for many years and It was amazing! My wife and I had the Tuna tartar for an appy and the short ribs for our main and 10/10. Cocktails were great too. We found a new favourite spot in Burlington. Bonus points; our server/bartender “Ro” was an absolute gem, he is easily one of my favourite bartenders in the city. He made the evening extremely special. Highly recommend this spot for a date night.
