    We waited for over an hour after we were seated at our table before our order was served. Others who came in after us were served first.

    The atmosphere and the food, as always, was terrific. The hearing tasting is my favorite. Delicious and plenty for a meal. The dining room is as gorgeous as ever. Quiet. Elegant. Relaxed. The service was terrible. My waiter seemed like he just didn’t care or want to be there. After he took my order I did not see again until I asked for the bill. He never once came over and asked how my meal was. The restaurant was half empty so not like he couldn’t have checked in with me at some point. Worse service I have ever received at The RTR. I will definitely come back for the food and beauty of the room. And hopefully there will be VAST IMPROVEMENT with the wait staff.

    Great food, service and ambiance at The Russian Tea Room. We had not been here in a couple of years and it’s as lovely as we remember. Our waiter was patient and kind. The food was superb. Lovely brunch. We will be back.

    This is my favorite place in the City. I’m a 3rd generation patron and it feels like home. Everyone there is so warm and friendly.

    One of the last gems of Manhattan dining. The Russian Tea Room still has it charm and panache. Excellent variety of entrees.

    We came here for quick drink and bite before Broadway show. It’s a beautiful classy restaurant with lots of history. The drinks were good and staff were very attentive. Me and my friend each ordered one dish. All I can say my beef stroganoff was amazing.
