    It was a very nice evening. Wonderful ambience. Great service. Caesar salad was small & too lightly dressed. Lamb was rare. Ordered medium (pink).

    Everything was excellent, we enjoyed meeting Russell and the food and ambiance was outstanding. We both felt a little rushed by the wait-staff attempting to remove our plates while we had a pause in our dining. Daniel our waiter was very attentive but some of the others were to quick to remove our plates.

    Absolutely and without doubt fabulous food well prepared SERVICE. Excellent, couldn’t ask for anymore surroundings gorgeous. It was a beautiful time. Looking forward to going back very soon.

    We were greeted by Russell himself and the escorted to our seats by an extremely nice gentleman. Our waiter was excellent and very attuned to our needs. We all were very happy with our experience at Russels!

    Truly a memorable celebratory birthday for my partner and our family/friends surrounding us. Gary W. was by far an excellent host to us being guests at Russell’s. Will certainly be back to Russell’s of course!

    This was a wonderful dining experience. So few restaurants now uphold standards of a fine dining experience. Russell's maintains a high level, and it is reflected in their food, service and overall atmosphere. Our waiter, Umberto, showed an interest in our having a great evening - we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and when he served our dessert, the plate had "Happy Anniversary" written in dessert icing. What a pleasant surprise! I would recommend Russell's without hesitation.

    Service and ambiance was great. Ordered seafood in a steak restaurant so I guess I can be too disappointed. Chilean sea bass tasted fishy. I think they need a new supplier because I don’t think it was very fresh. Disappointing for the price they charged.

    I had the surf and turf, steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster was spot on, my Wife had the osso buco her veal was cooked perfectly the guncci were little pillows of deliciousness. Over all our dining experience was great, I recommend Russell's for the perfect dining experience.

    A must visit restaurant if your in the Buffalo, NY area. Great food, and the service is impeccable! Upscale so not a fast food place or price point. Well worth it!!!

    The food is cooked properly and tender. The service was outstanding. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The seating was comfortable and spacious. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality of this beautiful restaurant. The host/hostess was very polite and welcoming.

    Only one minor issue ..the creme brulee was not brulee because there was no dark crust on it and one could taste the sugar granules in it. Believe me, though, everything else was marvelous and I will definitely be dining with you again!

    From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Seeing Russ is always a treat. And Jason wonderfully greeted us and took us to our table. We had our favorite waiter Humberto and as always the food was awesome. This is by far the best restaurant in Buffalo.

    We had the Salmon & Filet Mignon & they were both cooked perfect! I also enjoyed the three cheese French onion soup...delicious! My cocktail tasted watered down after I drank half.
