   After hiking 15 miles in the Park, I wanted something healthy and filling. The beet salad was generous in portion ( easily sharable) and delicious. I also had an amazing Cioppino.... and not lets forget the starting cocktail with an amazing selection of bourbons and the Carpano Antica vermouth to make a wonderful sweet manhatten.

   We have a lovely family meal outside on the patio. Salads, small plates, and charcuterie boards-yum. My kids split a bacon burger instead of ordering from the kids menu.

    We spent in one week at Rush Creek Lodge for spring break! This was our second year in a row coming to rush creek. We had such an awesome experience the first time that we had to come back again! The resort is fairly new, and the rooms are large and spacious. The Olympic size pool is always heated as well as the Jacuzzi, open till 10 PM. They also have a large game room, equipped with a pool table, Foos ball, pinball machine, and a obstacle course that the kids can climb up on. Across the hall there is a large library that has four games and a huge fireplace always burning.

    Burger and beet salad were good, the duck tacos were not good. Flavorless and the duck had a bland weird aftertaste and texture.

    We visit often. This is our go-to place for great views and food. The staff are always amazing and friendly. The beer and cocktails are excellent. The cioppino is probably one of if not the best, better than the seafood places in the bay area and Monterey (of course in our opinion). Such a wonderful place to visit.

    We were staying across the park at the Yosemite Valley Lodge and after enjoying some great food there we decided to go for a drive and find a new experience... It was worth the drive. The food had great sized portions and was fresh and tasted great! Loved it!

    Well, the food quality has changed quite a bit from pre-pandemic. The salads are still very good, but other items not so much . For example, the wings were dry, lightly flavored. So has the service and menu choices. There also are not any gluten-free options. May be gluten, friendly at best . There’s not many options for food in the local area besides bringing your own food.

    We waited 1.25 hours for our food. Tables around us seated after us got their food before we did, they had children too and somehow got served before we did. And looked like they had similar dishes. We still had to wait an additional 45 minutes after eating for our bill. And even then the waitress kept forgetting our room number multiple times.

    Great place to get away and have nice food and drink options. Very nice staff that can be busy at times but very accommodating. We love coming here for the rotating menu options. We like the 1 or 2 burger options they sometimes offer but really love when they have seafood, cioppino, clam chowder, shawarma and/or fish and chips. The Bartenders are simply amazing! The drink options are on par with a higher end lounge. Year round overall a great place to visit.

    Items on menu labeled gluten free are not. Uneducated servers and kitchen staff on allergies. Could not answer questions. Continually told me “it only has a little bit”. Very rude costumer service. Unfortunate. I had been here previously and was looking forward to returning.

    Their breakfast service is ATROCIOUS. We had a reservation at 8:30am, the restaurant was half empty. We did not get our food until after 9:30 … with no explanation or apologies on how excruciatingly long everything took. If you’re going to Rush Creek pack your own breakfast.
