Please note any allergies or dietary concerns when booking. Enjoy our Afternoon Tea ($90 per person). Children 12 and under are offered our Junior Afternoon Tea ($42 per child). The hotel's parking is beside the Convention Center. It is a three-level roofed parkade with 415 spaces: Self-parking: $13 CAD/hour, $50 CAD/day. Valet service: $50 CAD/day. Two hours of complimentary self-parking are included with all Afternoon Tea reservations. Pay at the kiosk upon arrival and present the ticket to your server for validation.

Children 12 and under can enjoy our Junior Afternoon Tea for $42 per child. Please make note of any allergies or dietary concerns at time of booking. Convenient parking is located beside the Convention Center in a three-level covered parkade with 415 spaces. All Afternoon Tea reservations include two hours of complimentary self-parking. Pay at the kiosk upon arrival and present the ticket to your server for validation. Please note that reservations cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a $25 charge per person.

We come for tea yearly at Banff Springs this year the food was outstanding. Our server Fiona K was very attentive and gave us best service weve had at Banff Springs. Fiona and male server both stopped by for visit. Very pleasant tea.

The service for this experience was horrendous. Our waitress was rude, not available, never refilled our water (hot or cold), and complained about how busy it was. Then we couldn’t get our “gift” which was included in our Easter Tea. We’ll be recommending folks to go to Lake Louise instead as we’ve never had an experience this bad there.

What a great Easter afternoon tea experience. They took time amd effort with their food options and creativity with the desserts . Service was impeccable by Angelica and the rest of the Rundle bar team. The harp player had a great Playlist and was very skilled. Great seats for my birthday.
