   We had reservations. But the hostess team had bad demeanors. There were at one point 6 of them and producing little to no results. We had to wait 10 minutes pass our reservation time to be seated for a party of two. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon. It seemed like it was better to have large parties or no reservations at all and were seated quicker. And we’ve been to this location a half a dozen times before. I always make reservations. This is not how you treat repeat customers. They just lost our future business.

   Late in sitting with a reservation, very slow service, had to call the waiter 2-3 times for each request. It took 20 minutes to bring an ice cream that had already melted.

   The server seemed to be new or had very little experience. Started the service by spilling the wine glass which we got from the bar area with us. Took away our empty untouched wine glasses without asking if we were interested in drinking wine, when we asked for the wine menu by the bottle, asked us twice as if are you sure you want to order a bottle of wine, had no idea of the wines, we had to point out on the menu which wine bottle we needed. Wanted to take drinks away from the table while we were still not finished, while she was wrapping up the table, interrupted our conversations to ask us for the napkins back while we were still sipping on our drinks after dinner. I mean I praised this restaurant and took my csuite executives from out of state here for dinner but the services was beyond poor to the point all 5 of us on the table were just done with the service. Still did not deprive the server of the 20% tip.
