Rumi's Kitchen - Sandy Springs
Rumi’s Kitchen - Sandy Springs draws influence from the culinary mother of the Middle East, Persia, which spanned from the banks of the Nile River in the west to the mountains of Northern India in the east, and from the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north to the deserts of Arabia in the south of the Persian Gulf.

Sophia was out server and she was exceptional! She went a once and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed from the appetizers, to the group photo and birthday dessert. Highly recommend having her take care of you at Rumis!
Need more valet parking attendants to reduce wait time
Robinson waited on us. Service and food was exceptional
Where is the old Rumi’s appeal. The service, mediocre, tasty bites served as you sat and reviewed the menu??? Ambiance??? So disappointed! Should have just ordered it to go!
Love Rumi's although it is quite loud inside, the delicious food is worth it.
Great food and service will be coming back again!
Birthday dinner for my wife. Great experience.
Way too loud but delicious food. Great server. Will return!
Excelente atencion y excelente comida
Service staff was very attentive and the food was fantastic, huge portions! Valet team did an excellent job. Definitely will come back.
Consistently excellent food with fantastic service!
Rumi’s is our go to spot for family dinners. We do a family platter & everything is always delicious. The service is amazing & atmosphere exceptional. Definitely try rumi’s if you haven’t you won’t regret it.
Excellent service! The waitress we had recommended some super tasty dishes! The food and drinks were amazing!
It was a pleasant experience from the start from getting seated all the way to the end. The food was great, our waiter was great as well.
Enjoyed getting together with my friend for dinner. The only thing I would suggest is asking the party if they are celebrating or if they want dessert. We were celebrating a birthday and didn’t get to the dessert portion of the experience. Overall, the meal is delicious, as always.
Great food and service!
We have enjoyed dining at Rumi's several times over the years. We've never had a bad experience. The food is fantastic.
Food was really good, I especially liked the yogurt dip with shallots. I didn’t think dessert was that great, but the service was amazing
The restaurant was very noisy but we were lucky to get seated in a less noisy section The appetizer they bring to the table was really good the wine was very good but our entrées came out too fast and the waiter seemed very rushed. I had the salmon which was delicious but the rice that came with it was dry and too big of a serving. We had the flan for desert which was delicious but was not warmed evenly. It was not as good as I remember
The service was amazing, the food was amazing, the ambiance was wonderful!
Awesome and very fresh. I would recommend this place to everyone on a date or for the family.
The ambiance was amazing and they have great customer service. Very attentive. The food was good as well. Definitely try the hummus as a appetizer. The lamb was so delicious and tender. I was disappointed in the shrimp appetizer (portion wise)
Our waiter, Jonathan, was amazing! We celebrated 2 birthdays. He was accommodating and efficient.
Great "special night out" spot, fantastic food matched by great service. Plan on taking home enough to have a second (great) meal - we loved Rumi's Kitchen.
I went on a date with my wife. We had never been but the food and service was outstanding. My favorite things were the eggplant appetizer, the shrimp appetizer and the sea bass entree (the sea bass was like butter melting in my mouth). Oh and the Persian tea! So tasty and invigorating! I instantly tasted cardamom in it. They also have such a beautiful wine selection. My wife has the Tempranillo which was perfect. Our server was Steven. He was perfect, he gave the best suggestions and service and matched our excitement about the delicious food! Noise level was very high so it took a little getting used to and we had to talk loud to hear ourselves. Other than that five star experience! We’ll be back!
Best Sea Bass in the City.
Amazing place to connect with family and enjoy an amazing meal.
Great menu, nice wine list, terrific service ... and the smell!! The food smells so good!!
Very nice food and ambience.
Lamb rack was a little burnt but overall unexpectedly delicious.
Planning twice a month visits to check out some other menu items.
Qualifies as a speciality Mediterranean restaurant.
Saving up for the $4000 bottle of red wine. :)
See you again soon.
Terrific experience- great service & the food was exceptional!
One of the best restaurants in the city, always great food and service!
Great food, Clean, friendly. Wonderful experience.
We love Rumis but have been ordering takeout for over a year thanks to the pandemic. This was our first visit back to the restaurant and it was as excellent as always. The food is delicious and there is a lot of it. The service was prompt and very attentive . We requested a table that was not in the middle of the restaurant which can sometimes be quite loud and were seated in the small room at the front. It was perfect !
Excellent Persian food, the appetizers including Salad were amazing.
This was a surprise birthday dinner for my wife. I called ahead and asked if they could do a dessert with a candle after dinner. The host said they do a complementary dessert for special occasions. I asked her to please make a note that it was my wife's birthday and to bring the dessert after dinner. She said she would. The dessert never came. I was very disappointed.
I've had Rumi's quiet a few times but this time was different. Food was not as good and very overcrowded.
Great food. Service was good. Hostess could have been a little more welcoming.
A little pricey but really good food, great service and nice atmosphere...
Rumi’s is the very best Persian restaurant in the States!!! We never muss a chance to dine here when in Atlanta.
Everything was great. Very helpful accommodating staff. We all enjoyed it.
