Rumi's Kitchen - Sandy Springs
Rumi’s Kitchen - Sandy Springs draws influence from the culinary mother of the Middle East, Persia, which spanned from the banks of the Nile River in the west to the mountains of Northern India in the east, and from the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north to the deserts of Arabia in the south of the Persian Gulf.

Inexperienced and overwhelmed wait staff. Very bland flavor to entree plate. Disappointed.
Kinda of loud and cramped. But still was fun.
All around Exceptional service. The food was amazing
The level of noise makes it difficult for across the table conversation and would not suggest for a romantic or date dinner.
I used to go there all the time when I lived in Atlanta. I was really looking forward to going back. The service was bad at best and the food very mediocre. Our first waitress was so bad that we had to request another server. How disappointed I was!!
My wife and I had the pleasure of being served by the team ofJessica and Victoria. Their service was excellent and exceded our expectations. Overall an outstanding dinner experience.
Excellent food, will definitely go here on a future visit.
WONDERFUL foods. Exquisite presentations and very generous portions. Service was excellent and perfectly timed appetizers, salads and entrees. Must try Shirin rice! The lovely complimentary dishes and bread before our meal were so appreciated with our cocktails before lunch. Thank you, Rumi, Sandy Springs!
Rumi's is always amazing! It's a bustling, trendy restaurant, but the food is delicious and authentic, and the service is top notch.
Server took 20 m to come to our table once we got seated, I had to ask another server to get the server to the table. She didn’t care and didn’t come back with the meals she spoke Spanish to us snd we don’t speak Spanish ????! The ceiling was licking and the water got on my clients head The table was very wet before we got seated. For sure I am not going back there again. Not worth the money
We love Rumi’s but the only downside each time we go is the noise level. It’s awful for trying to have any kind of conversation. The server offered us two dips to go with our Shish Kabobs once we had started eating. He did not telll us they were $9 each. He offered them in a way that made it seem like they were complimentary! Not happy about that type of service at all!!!!
Food was good. The place is too noisy. Good that the place has a valet.
The service was not as proactive or professional as normal.
Great food, great service and great atmosphere! Our family has a wonderful evening.
Our server was amazing and payed very high attention to detail, the food was great!
The meal and service was great, however the valet was an absolute nightmare with a crazed valet employee shouting at customers, hope they correct the issue soon as the valet experience completely ruined an lovely evening!!!
Sea bass was the best I’ve ever had. Grilled shrimp appetizer was excellent and spicy. You only get two but they are huge. Like the size of 2-4 jumbo shrimps each. All the recommendations from Ro from drinks to dessert were perfect. We tried the Persian Sunset, Glimpse of Paradise, grilled shrimp, Sea Bass and Soltani kabob and we would strongly recommend all.
Very enjoyable experience, great food and service as always.
My husband and I had a fabulous dinner. Every time we come here the food is consistently great! They have the Best Sea Bass!
Food is always delicious! By far, the best sea bass in Atlanta!
Outstanding as usual! Always depend on good food, friendly and attentive service.
We went in for a 2 o’clock reservation. The restaurant was nearly empty. My husband and I were impressed with the food and ambiance.
We came to celebrate birthday perfect scenery perfect place yammy food so delicious everything was great!
Great food and awesome vibe. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and provided great suggestions on what to order. It was our first time dining here, and the food and service exceeded all expectations.
Great food and ambiance as always
Dinner at Rumi’s was a wonderful surprise. I’ve never had Persian food. The food makes me want to come back again and again. The cuisine is a fine example savory dishes need not be spicy to be delicious. Every bite was mouthwatering. I had tender chicken bas, grilled vegetables, and the Persian ice cream sandwich. Save my seat.
Best place to celebrate my birthday! The food was amazing, the service superb, and the ambience was cheerful.
We had the two eggplant appetizers, then each person had a “feast” consisting of meat and rice. The meat is always well cooked and seasoned and the rice has various options , my favorite is the sour cherry one. For such a large kitchen, their meals are very consistent in size, quality, and appearance. Also recommend the ice cream sandwich for dessert and their black tea.

Excellent experience from starters to dessert. We can't wait to come back to try even more!
Rumi's is always a great experience. There was one thing off with our visit last night. They had an issue with coordinating our meal. Appetizer and main course were brought out at the same time. The food was excellent as usual so we were happy with our overall experience. We'll be back!
Delicious food. Hard to talk. Pricey but I will return. Salmon hummus and Chilean Sea Bass were outstanding.
Absolutely the best service and excellent food.
Good experience. A little "tight" relative to seating given the current COVID concerns.
Carry was the best food adviser and kind person we ever meet. She did excellent.
Hostess door girl medium blond needs more welcoming personality.
Excellent service and food- one of our favorites as they never disappoint.
As always Rumi's did not disappoint. The food was wonderful, sea bass and salmon perfectly cooked. Mirza was amazing and the hummus was as smooth and tasty as always. Rumi's is one of our favorite restaurants and no matter the location, it has not disappointed.
Great food and ambiance. However out of synch timing for food. Appetizers came out very quickly at least 15 minutes before we received our first drink order. It made for an odd start and a frustrating dining experience. 6pm dinner.
Valet was only $2 and they accepted car, cash, and other app services! Service was a bit slow and disorganized. We had our appetizers before our waters came out and pretty sure our server forgot to put our drinks in. Aside from that the food was really good. Definitely a place I would go back to
