The loft is cool but it gets no air flow; the 2 tables in the window are the best as far as ambience goes. Food quality has gotten so much worse over the past year. Service the past 3 times I’ve been has been horrendously slow. This is not a large restaurant, we were only among maybe 30 other patrons. We had a 745 reservation, did not get sat (or anybody to even come over to us) until 750, did not get waters until almost 8pm and did not get our drinks from the bar until 825pm. Food came out shortly after that however ingredients were missing from nearly every dish and plates were messy. All the waiters, bar staff, and hosts acting like you were bothering them asking for anything for the table.

Underwhelming. Slightly disappointed in the mediocre food, service, and noise level. Good apps and cocktails, but if you’re on the fence about going you don’t need to.

The tables are very close together. Very limited menu. More drinks, than actual food. Took a very long time for our food to come, one person’s food didn’t even come until everyone else was finished.

Despite being short staffed (We appreciated being told ahead of time!), our service was very good and our food was delicious. It’s a busy place so quite loud. Would go back!

Love this Resturant, however last night it took over an hour to get our food! I hope this is a one off! They did give us a drink on the house for our inconvenience. So that was nice. The waiter was excellent! He kept apologizing and was very attentive.
