I very seldom give 5 star reviews or full points as there is usually room for improvement. Tonight, I gladly deviate from the norm as I give tonight’s experience 10 out of 10. Every single aspect of the evening was part of a collective. It was not an event, but an experience. From the ambiance to the extremely knowledgeable Mr. Corey Sobers who took us on a journey of discovery, to the food, the company and of course, what we came for.... THE RUM, I can truly say that every one should do themselves a favour and give The Rum Vault a try. I have a newfound respect for rum!

The rum vault is an experience.
Experienced rum sommeliers guide through a selection of rum and cocktails paired with small plates.
Not your everyday dinner ! Great to do with friends or a great way to make new friends as I did!

I can't think of anything that would improve the experience we had at the Rum Vault. It's a great concept.

We went on a Friday evening, the Storied Rum experience. The rum and food pairings were fantastic and the service provided by Shane and Corey was outstanding. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for the rum and food were exceptional.

It's not cheap, but the private dining area and the quality of the food make it a great choice for a special occasion.

Unique experience, not so much suited to people who don't like rum as every dish and course has rum drinks. The food is good but the steaks all cooked exactly the same even though one was asked to be medium and two were asked to be rare.
Not much to the beet course but the pork belly was very good but a little dry.
Scotch bonnet in the chocolate was unnecessary and put everyone off the dinner. Too spicy and hot for 90 percent of the population and three shots of rum at the end a bit unnecessary.

The Rum Vault was a very pleasant surprise. We were not sure what to expect but the menu and the cocktails were superb and the history of rum was curated beautiful by Shane and Mr Sobers. Their knowledge of Rum was exceptional almost as good as the rum!!! I would highly recommend the Rum Vault and was one of the highlights of our visit to Barbados.

It was a great experience and very well presented to the guest and well managed

I would suggest when you make pairing of Tapas and Cocktails, is better to taste pure rum before serving it in the cocktail.

This was one of the best decisions for dinner I made. It was a fantastic dinner and cocktails to suit each meal. Props to Shane and cory on the cocktail mixes and educating us on the many rums they have there.
