Reserved a table for outside and there were no tables outside (just lounge chairs and a coffee table). Decided to just eat inside as we were too late to move our party to another restaurant. Food was really average, but not disgusting. Asked for a cappuccino and one was regular and one had some kind of sweetener in it. The waitress said "that’s the way it tastes here" when obviously we had two and knew it wasn’t accurate. She did make amends and brought us a new one. Ordered multiple items that came with chips and were given 2 small cereal bowls full of chips. They did bring one more bowl but we had 4 items that were to come with chips.
I'd like to say they were busy, but they were not. We arrived at our scheduled time and they still had not opened their doors. We made the reservation the day before, and I see why it was so easy to get a reservation. To get out we had to use the elevator which states only 4 in at a time. EVERY SINGLE elevator had 4 plus in it so it took us about 10 minutes to leave. I really hate to leave a negative review, but I just hope I can help folks from making the same mistake and wasting their time. Maybe the restaurant can learn and do better, but I just didn't get the sense that anyone cared.
This is a bar. It is not a tapas place.
Cocktails were disappointing, appetizers weren’t very good and expensive. Salsa didn’t taste like anything.
Service was really slow, but the ambience was amazing
Service was terrible. Waited 25 min for one drink. And appetizers came out not all at once.
We had brunch this weekend on patio at Rules & Regs. Everything was delicious and views of downtown were great! The staff was friendly and attentive.
Enjoyed a lunch with my niece and nephew and the atmosphere and menu was perfect for children. Try the street tacos!
Nick was the best!! Great waiter and very accommodating. Drinks were beautiful and tasty.
Great venue for happy hour and the drinks were awesome
Wonderful patio seating.
Sean was great
Reservation booked for the bar. Checked in with hostess telling her we were booked at the bar where she seated the lady that was in line in front of us. Not sure how but when she seated us she told us no seats were available at the bar. We were instead seated in two very oversized seats that were not comfortable at all. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for anyone to come by and offer to get us a drink. After not even seeing a waiter come by we finally got up and left.
Had a very nice meal with family this past Sunday. Everything was wonderful and our server was attentive and professional. The music was a bit loud. The small round tables where we were seated were not quite sufficient to hold a full meal and drinks for each of us. Overall great experience!
Great food and drinks
The food and cocktails were sub-par, ambience was great.
Once we were seated we spent 15 minutes waiting for waiter or manager to say anything to us. Once we got up to leave due to this fact the manager raced over and offered if we wanted waters. That should have been done 10 minutes earlier as clearly he had noticed we were sitting there and had not one server come to greet us. Won’t be returning.
LITERALLY AMAZING!!! The views the service the food the drinks, ALL AMAZING.
Service is slow
Terrible food & terrible service. Food came out cold and server was rude the entire time.
We had a group of 10 for a birthday brunch and the staff went out of their way to make it so special. They decorated with balloons and cute little champagne flutes with birthday candles. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to do a cute girls brunch, they really know what they are doing there.
Queso and chips were awful. Could hardly eat the chips because they were so chewy. Cocktails are overpriced for the size.
Good apps and nice atmosphere. Loved the view and drinks were great!
We tried to have a casual evening drink with friends. It turned into 3 different members of my party bringing up an issue with something that was said to them. I had to salvage the night by changing locations. Beautiful place, flavorful food, but I felt like a burden rather than a guest.
At first I wasn’t happy because I requested outside sitting and they didn’t have a table outside when arrived. One of the servers who was managing the outdoor seating made it happen....and they seat us outside after all.
Love the music played!!’n
To be honest you are not going there for the food, the guacamole was good but the rest of it taste like frozen food mix with sauces
the view is great
Great tacos!!! Wish they had more on the menu , but what was there was excellent! We went back 2x fantastic view!
Great food great service and amazing views!
