   The greeters at the front door are amazingly professional and have personalities that are cultured and refreshing. Especially Joe since I've spoken with him numerous times over the last year or so. Our waiter Jordon was equally amazingly professional and the whole dining experience proved delightful. Whatever your model is for fine dining it needs to be used in every restaurant in the country.

   The best dining experience in Jax! We did the tasting menu. Every aspect in taste, presentation, delivery and explanation was spectacular! A definite special Occasion meal for me as it is pricey but certainly worth it. Every employee was super accommodating and truly interested in us having the best possible experience, which we did!

   Rue is consistently OUTSTANDING. It is our go to restaurant for all occasions. Chef Scott and Gaby run a tight ship and their staff consistently execute at the highest level. If you consider yourself a foodie this is a must destination. Highest recommendation.

   Completely underwhelming. I’m pretty sure my server was high or drunk, I couldn’t understand him. He was shaking when he was serving us. Nothing was explained about the experience I ordered when we sat down or what to expect. I waited over 15mins to get my first drink, over 30mins to get my first bite. The food was extremely average, even their steak was tough, wine selection was average at beat. Their tasting and wine experience isn’t worth it. The best part of the meal is when it was over and I walked across the street got a hamburger. There are far better choices in the area.

    We had the most amazing time experiencing the RUE experience! Every plate that arrived at our table was so delicious. We loved everything and tried some new foods as well. We will be back again for sure!! If you haven’t been, you must give it a go. You won’t be disappointed. Delicious, fresh food and amazing service too!!

    Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious. They have an extensive and inventive cocktail menu, although it's geared toward people who like their cocktails slightly less sweet. The owner helped us with a food allergy and they were super flexible with preparing food the way she needed.

    Our fourth visit because we love it here! This visit was for my hubby’s 40th bday so we decided to go with the full Rue Experience 5 course tasting with wine pairings. With this option each course is basically a surprise and we thought it was really exciting to see what would come out each time. It’s was delicious as always and service was great as always!     My friend and I did the 5 course meal with wine pairing and it was a lovely fun experience. Our servers were excellent. Watching the staff and kitchen preparation was fascinating. I would love to go back and sit facing the kitchen. I wish we had taken pictures but we completely forgot we were so immersed in our food. Recommend a reservation.

    The absolute best restaurant in Jacksonville! There are no equals, they make everything from scratch and you can taste the care and quality in their food and drinks. Get the Rue experience, it's well worth it and you get to taste foods you may not choose on you own. You will love it! I've never had a bad experience.

    Overall excellent experience. We were sit outside (hence, it was quiet, but didn't seem noisy inside as best I could tell). Waiters were all efficient and our specific one was a lot of fun. We will be back.

    This dinner was outstanding! Each dish was spectacular in taste, presentation and execution. Chef Scott was expertly in control and the collaboration with Chef Scott Crawford produced elegant results. Tasty, beautiful, exquisite dinner. And Gaby as always was SPOT ON in her suggested wine pairings for each course. As always, can't wait to go back.

    Second time we’ve done the Rue 5 course experience. It had been a while and everything was new. Great cocktails, great food. Leisurely dinner. I would have liked a slightly faster pace since I wasn’t drinking. Staff were great and had excellent suggestions for wine. A little expensive with the drinks - but $89 seems reasonable for the 5 courses plus bread and the initial 3 tiny apps that come with all meals and are incredible. It’s also nice not to worry about ordering and just get what they have. We would love to do this every 3-4 months for special date night.

    Excellent service. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. Also the tortellini appetizer was very good: great texture, color and taste. The chocolate dessert did nothing for me, but my husband loved the lemon cake.

    This is our favorite restaurant when we come to San Marco. We live in Kansas City and are foodies and we have only found one restaurant there that approaches the consistently good quality and creativity of Rue. Rue's dishes are true creations with an ever-changing menu. From the greeters who open the door for you as you approach, to the bartender, who is always trying to please, to the wait staff who have the right amount of engagement friendliness and overall knowledge to the amazing chefs this restaurant produces a truly an exceptional food experience.

    Three of us had the tasting menu/dinner with wine pairing. Each course was delicious, and even though I normally don't drink wine, the selections made the evening even better. 4/5 for the ambience because of a boisterous party at a nearby table. Nothing to do with Rue Saint-Marc. Staff was friendly and attentive. Made me feel pampered and at ease. Total experience was great.

    My husband and I didthe 5 course tasting menu with the added wine pairing and foie gras. Everything tasted delicious. Each course matched perfectly with it's selected wine and we were scraping our plates clean as everything tasted fantastic. Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The website states that there is a dress code but it is not strictly enforced. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxed. We will absolutely come again for special occasions.
